They also provide engine diagnostics and repairs, transmission repair and replacement, and manufacturer-recommended services. What truly sets them apart, however, are their performance-oriented services. These include engine building, custom dyno tuning, which allows for optimizing a vehicle's efficiency and horsepower, and the installation of performance-enhancing components such as superchargers and turbochargers from various brands like Whipple, VMP, ProCharger, Hellion, and On3. This is particularly beneficial for custom builds and vehicles with significant modifications. Another key feature is their team of highly trained and experienced technicians, many of whom are ASE Certified and possess extensive experience across various vehicle types, including high-performance and classic cars. Their expertise extends to working with diverse tuning software such as SCT, Diablosport, Fast, Accell DFI, Big Stuff 3, Sniper, Holley, HP Tuners, Moates, Anderson PMS, and AEM, highlighting their versatility in handling different vehicle platforms. Their ability to cater to both routine automotive needs and highly specialized performance modifications, alongside a focus on customer satisfaction and clear communication, collectively defines their unique position in the automotive service industry.

Regarding promotional information, Gearheads Performance LLC, like many performance-oriented auto repair stations, likely employs a variety of strategies to engage with their target audience. While specific, active promotions are not explicitly detailed in general information, common promotional tactics for such a business would include: highlighting their dyno tuning capabilities as a unique selling proposition, potentially offering introductory rates for tuning sessions or package deals for performance upgrades that combine parts and installation. They might run seasonal specials on routine maintenance services or specific performance installations, such as discounted supercharger or turbocharger kits during certain periods. Given their focus on custom builds and classic vehicle restoration, they could showcase completed projects on their website and social media channels, using these as powerful visual testimonials of their craftsmanship and capabilities. Online advertising, partnerships with local car clubs and enthusiast forums, and participation in automotive events or car shows would also be effective promotional avenues. Furthermore, the strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and transparent communication acts as a continuous form of promotion, as positive word-of-mouth referrals are invaluable in the specialized automotive community. Their website often features a "Shop" section where various performance parts are listed, sometimes with "Sale!" indicators, indicating ongoing promotions on specific products like clutches, radiators, or cam drive kits. They also offer "Power Pack Packages" which bundle tuning services with other performance upgrades, providing a comprehensive solution to customers at a potentially advantageous price.

Gearheads Performance LLC Customer Reviews

Excellent service from Bill. Enjoyed talking to him and getting to share some knowledge. Fair prices on labor. Knows his stuff, no doubt. Took my Softail in for 50k service and he did that right along with cam tensioner, neck bearings, and fork oil. No problems. Highly recommend for the Ware Shoals area.

Brought my bike in to get some work done. Had a cam job done. The bike ran great for about 20 mins, then it crapped out. Brought it back to the shop to get it fixed. Long story short, was left in the dark for over a month. Nothing actually got fixed. If anything, the bike actually was worse. After spending around 3K after finally getting the bike back, I found a bunch of problems. -The Intake Manifold Gaskets had dirt all over them and caused a bad seal, they also were not installed to compensate for the weight of the air intake. -The cams that were put in my bike were actually meant for a bigger motor, so the bike was running like garbage because the cam wasn't meant for my motor at all. -The Fuel Pump "magically" went bad, which is crazy because the bike has insanely low milage. Whatever made the fuel pump go bad also lead to me having to replace the WHOLE fuel system. -A bolt on the intake manifold was tightened so much that it snapped in the block. -at least 2 sensors on the throttle body had to be replaced due to the connections being broken due to lack of care on reinstalling. After all of this, I was still charged a crazy amount of money for "work completed" 100% would NOT recommend. Waste of time and money. This business uses cheap parts, and makes money on selling the "Best of the Best" On the bright side though, if you are looking for a place to store your bike for the winter, you can take it to Gearheads Preformance. Just simply drop it off and try to get ahold of them during normal business hours. You might actually be able to talk to somebody come spring time. Just don't expect it to be running when you get it back. It's a part of their "Winterization Process" Honestly though, you would be better off taking your motorcycle to the dealership. You will get it back months in advance, and it will actually run the way it should.

Don't take your bike here!!! Traded work with my brother in law for work on his bike that was never completed. He fixed his bike himself. Expert mechanic here forgot to order correct timing gear for the camshaft and tried to tell me it failed the valve to piston clearance. No duh it's otta time..... in response to owners comment I do ride and occasionally work on them. But I got nothing to prove... I think your response says it all actually..

Very nice guy. Did an awesome job. Change my belt and all that goes with it. New pulleys, new bearing in tire, new inner primary bearing, new compensator . Call me and informed me that I had a some parts in primary broke. Gave me a good price and so we went with it. Feels like a complete different bike. Highly recommend
