Based on available customer reviews, the environment at Gardena AC & Radiator Services appears to be one where skilled work is performed, even on newer vehicles. One customer with a 2020 car reported having their radiator, fan assembly, and AC condenser replaced, noting a "phenomenal job" despite the service taking "a little longer than expected." This suggests a focus on quality and thoroughness in their repairs. Another review indicates a personal interaction with the owner, who showcased their expertise in installing air conditioning in classic cars, specifically mentioning a 1964 model. This hints at a shop with a passion for automotive work and the ability to handle specialized projects beyond standard modern vehicle repairs. While details about the waiting area or general shop aesthetics are not provided, the emphasis seems to be on the quality of the mechanical work performed.

They are okay. I feel like I was overcharged. I paid 60$, and all they did was put a new cap on my coolant reserve. Overall good service though, just slightly pricy.

Excessively bad, the owner treated me horrible, gave him a minimum of a few minutes work and spent a full day and I also gave it wrong, I returned to the place told me that tomorrow at 10 a.m. (second day) he arrived at 1 p.m. and my piece could not repair IRRESPONSIBLE.

Please save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable shop. This place was once ran by the current operators father, however, the son is incompetent. They have no sense of urgency or the skills to properly diagnose issues.
