I just had my BMW serviced last week. This was my first major service so Galeano’s was recommended to me. Upon arrival Rafael and his staff were excellent more importantly their price’s were excellent. Rafael was very informative on what needed to be done to my vehicle and walked me through what needed to be done by showing me so that I was aware and I would be assured that no extra fluff would be added to my service. Rafael at Galeano's is a great BMW mechanic. We had been having several issues getting our BMW fixed with other shops and he was able to assess the problem and get it repaired quickly! He was very knowledgeable and professional!

Raphael and his team have been working on my daughter's BMW 325i for a little over a year now, and just this past month, it was my 2014, BMW 320i's turn for what I thought was just a simple check up, but needed a few things like main drive belt, and repair of bushing leaks and transmission oil leak repair. Thorough and honest, we appreciate Raphael's expertise and the overall communication between us and his wife, Jessica. They took detailed photos of the issues and also included solid solutions for timely repairs. Gaelano's has been terrific with our family's cars. My husband has gone for service too with VW Passat.
