Very nice people. I went there two times to fix some issues with my Lance Camper during our road trips. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. Give us helpful advice. Price is very reasonable and they even didn’t charge us for some minor repairs. Definitely reliable dealer and service store. Strongly recommend!

Highly highly recommend Galaxy-Campers, Miguel went above and beyond to help me to set up the camper, not only answered all of my questions but actually stopped by my house after work to hook up the camper and tough me what to watch out when I do it alone!!! I’ve already recommended him to my friends and family, def going back for service and future needs.

My wife and I are very happy with our Lance Camper purchase from Galaxy Campers in Ontario a few weeks back! From inquiring about campers to driving our new Lance Camper off the lot it was a great experience! Miguel (salesman)showed us which type of camper would be perfect for our needs and our truck size. On Installation day: Miguel showed my wife and me how to use all the features of our new camper and how to connect camper to our truck. Steven (installer) explained the installation process, and David (owner) answered other questions that my wife and I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for either a camper or travel trailer.

Galaxy team was great to work with. I live in San Diego so had to travel 2-3 hours to get there. I worked with David beforehand on the pricing. Miguel did a great job on explaining everything about the travel trailer during our visit. And Steven assisted with the setup on my truck and making sure it was all dialed in before we left. I would highly recommend Galaxy to anyone looking for the higher end Lance units. Just wish they would open a store in San Diego!..

Propane leak from the regular and a fire in the propane compartment. It's the first time out and where in the middle of nowhere, 40k on a Lance camper. This is garbage, what a joke!!! Update: so I'm changing the review to 5 stars. My parents are in their 70s, so I took care of this issue for them along with Galaxy, which I am very impressed with the service and quick response. They sent a technician out the next day to our location with part and fix and tested. This shows dedication to the bissness on making the customer happy, and is much appreciated. Thank you Galaxy Campers for making a Christmas camping weekend a great one.
