Full Throttle Collision Center Introduce

Welcome to Full Throttle Collision Center, located at 11175 S Central Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90059, USA. Operating within the Auto Repair Stations category, Full Throttle Collision Center aims to provide collision repair services for vehicles in the Los Angeles area. They can be contacted at (323) 996-5088 or their mobile line at +1 323-996-5088.

Information regarding the specific environment of Full Throttle Collision Center is not detailed online. However, typical collision repair centers have a body shop equipped with tools and equipment for repairing damaged vehicles, including paint booths, welding equipment, and frame straightening machines. A reception area for customer interaction and vehicle drop-off and pick-up would also be expected. The professionalism and organization of the shop can often reflect the quality of work performed.

Customer reviews for Full Throttle Collision Center paint a concerning picture regarding their service and business practices. One customer reported a highly negative experience following an accident where they provided their own parts for the repair, specifically mentioning a radiator. This customer stated that they later discovered the radiator installed in their vehicle was not the one they had supplied, effectively voiding their original radiator's warranty. They expressed significant disappointment and strongly recommended that others avoid this business, suggesting a lack of transparency and potentially unethical behavior regarding parts handling.

Another customer detailed severe issues with the repair timeline and communication. They stated that their insurance company paid Full Throttle Collision Center for repairs and painting, with an initial assurance that the car would be ready within 30 days. However, 60 days later, the vehicle was still not complete. This reviewer also alleged a complete lack of communication, stating that the shop never answers their phones and is rarely attended unless a meeting is pre-arranged, and even then, the staff might not show up. This paints a picture of extreme delays, poor communication, and unreliable service, leading the customer to label the overall service as "totally bad."

Given the name "Full Throttle Collision Center," the services offered likely include:

  • Collision Repair: Repairing vehicles damaged in accidents, which can involve structural repairs, body panel replacement, and more.
  • Auto Body Work: Addressing dents, scratches, and other damage to the vehicle's body.
  • Painting Services: Refinishing and painting vehicle exteriors to match the original color or as part of the repair process.
  • Frame Repair: Correcting damage to the vehicle's frame to ensure structural integrity.
  • Parts Replacement: Replacing damaged or missing parts, although one review raises serious concerns about the handling of customer-supplied parts.
  • Insurance Claim Assistance: Potentially working with insurance companies to process repair claims, although one review indicates issues with the repair timeline agreed upon with insurance.

Features that are typically expected of a reputable collision center but appear to be lacking at Full Throttle Collision Center based on the reviews include:

  • Transparency and Honesty: Clearly communicating with customers about the repairs being done, the parts being used, and any potential issues. The alleged radiator swap indicates a significant breach of trust and lack of transparency.
  • Timely Service: Completing repairs within a reasonable timeframe and adhering to agreed-upon schedules. The 60-day delay reported by one customer is unacceptable.
  • Effective Communication: Answering phone calls and being available at the shop to address customer concerns. The reported lack of communication is a major issue.
  • Professionalism: Conducting business with integrity and respecting customer property. The alleged part swapping raises serious questions about professionalism.
  • Reliability: Following through on commitments and ensuring that the work is completed as promised. The missed deadlines and potential no-shows for meetings indicate a lack of reliability.
  • Quality Workmanship: While one review doesn't directly comment on the quality of the body work itself, the issues with parts and timelines overshadow any potential positive aspects of the repair quality.

Currently, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or special deals from Full Throttle Collision Center. Given the serious negative feedback concerning their service and business practices, any potential promotions would likely be overshadowed by the reported issues with trust, timelines, and communication. It would be prudent for potential customers to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research alternatives before considering this collision center.

In conclusion, the customer reviews for Full Throttle Collision Center in Los Angeles, CA, raise significant red flags. Allegations of unauthorized part swapping and extreme delays in repair times, coupled with a lack of communication and unreliability, paint a picture of a business that may not provide satisfactory service. Local users seeking collision repair services are strongly advised to take the negative feedback into serious consideration and explore other, more reputable auto repair stations in the Los Angeles area. Transparency, timely service, and reliable communication are crucial in the auto repair industry, and based on the available information, Full Throttle Collision Center appears to fall short in these critical areas. Proceed with extreme caution and consider obtaining services from alternative collision repair centers with more positive and reliable customer feedback.

Full Throttle Collision Center Customer Reviews

Had work done last year late spring after an accident. Took all my own parts. Just asked for labor. Just found out yesterday my radiator was not the radiator I took for installation. They swapped my radiator and my warranty for my radiator was basically just as good as toilet paper. Very disappointed here. Would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

My insurance paid them to repair/paint my car, the assured me/my insurance that the car would be complete & ready in 30days. 60 days later my car is not complete. They never answer their phones, never at the shop unless you have an agreed upon meeting & might not show up even then. Total bad service..
