Frame Auto Collision

Came to get my S class chrome delete done with John. Couldn’t be happier. Originally the chrome was covered with a different material, but John was able to paint those areas instead which came out 100 times nicer than when I brought in the car. He even smoked my tail lights on the house without me asking. This place is awesome, family style company, highly recommend!

I had the WORST experience with Frame Auto Collision. I took my vehicle there for minor repairs. They gave an unreasonable amount of time to have the repairs done. On top of that they did not have the repairs completed on time and had to extend the date due to "internal staffing issues". I tried several times to reason with them to get my vehicle back within a manageable amount of time. Both the representative and manager were extremely rude and condescending when I spoke to them. Several times they embellished upon the damage as false justification for not completing the repairs sooner. Frame Auto Collision did nothing to try to accommodate my request to get my vehicle back. I definitely would NEVER go there again and would not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there for repairs. Stay away from John and this entire establishment.

One of the worst auto body experiences I ever had. I had minor damage on my car, but after checking the car fax there was a moderate damage report. John doesn’t know what he’s doing, when i received the car there was still damage and he had the car for over a month. They used aftermarket parts that didn’t fit, by the time i got home the parts started to pop off. They claimed they detailed the car but in the sun you would see clouds all over the car, John lacked professional customer service, he was rude when I would call him on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS BODY SHOP

I had a amazing experience at Frame Auto Collision. John is a true professional in this field. He gave great advice and handled my entire insurance claim process seamlessly. I got my car back to me in pristine condition - nobody else can do color matching like John and his guys. The car was also fully detailed when I got it back. Highly recommend their service!
