I was considering purchasing an used BMW 430i convertible and stopped in ta couple of times to ask about anything I should look for when buying one. The Foreign Exchange team were very helpful and gladly pointed out things that I look for. When I found the car that I was interested in I took it to them for a prepurchase inspection. They performed a very thorough inspection and found no issues. I purchased the car and Foreign Exchange gained a new customer.

The only reason that Foreign Exchange Springboro is getting a 5-star rating is because I'm unable to give them a 10! BLUF: SUPERIOR service, knowledge, and customer care! Really...that's all you need to know. However, I'll detail my situation as an example. I had just purchased a used Audi A6 from a dealership. I got a great deal despite the problem that surfaced just about a week after I got it. Knowing that there was really nothing the dealership was going to do, and knowing that I REALLY wanted to keep the vehicle, I started looking for a place to drop off the car and have it looked at. Being that I knew this place was SUPER close, I stopped in after work one day. I was greeted immediately upon entering, by Tyler. I told him what the deal was and we made an appointment to check it out. He assured me after a few moments of conversation, that they would be able to give me the whole story on my car. We got that accomplished and I was informed by phone call, text, and (at my request) email, about everything going on with the Audi's past, present, and foreseeable future. What set this conversation apart from any other place, is the time Tyler spent to go over every detail known, so that I could be totally informed. He assured me that I had indeed gotten a great deal, and with a little "corrective procedures," the Audi would service me extremely well for quite some time. Granted, the pricing was a little shocking to me, but the fact that they are TOTALLY up front with all of that, and that they use first rate, premium parts and materials made me a little less apprehensive about pulling the trigger without even trying to find a cheaper alternative. I knew that if I had, I would have paid for it somehow, down the road. It's the care that was taken, and the way he, and the rest of the staff there, communicate and just really treat you like family....that has won them my undying loyalty and future business. I feel as I have just become part of a bigger family and one that will partner WITH me in my automotive needs and "adventures." They really are a fantastic crew!

I recently purchased a Land Rover that was restored or had a lot of work done by this shop. The former owner assured me FE was a great shop and all of the work carried a two year warranty, The formor owner had medical issues and hed to sell the LR3. He only got to put 100 miles or so on it so it was a big deal to have all of this work done to the truck and a big selling point. I guess I should have reached out the FE first as they will not even look at the truck now. It has less than 500 miles since magor sespension work and breaks. The front end is making all kinds of noise and I just wanted it checked out. They refuse to provide any of the records and refuse to warenty any of their work. I'll be taking it to a reputable service center in cincy and post more later. Bewhare of these guys.
