Have only been there once. Went on a friend's recommendation. Friendly people, got scheduled quickly, a week wait till get in. The work was done quickly and was given updates on progress and delays and price. The problem was fixed and I'll probably use them again for our other vehicle.

HUGE shout out to Fords in Cambridge!!! Yesterday midmorning I went to have our vehicle serviced. We needed an oil change, 2 new tires, and an alignment it was expected to take about 2 hours. I realized I lived within walking distance so I went home to wait. I hadn't been feeling well the whole day, something had been off. I relaxed for the 2 hours and called to check on the status of things, they were finishing up. I walked back down. Still not feeling so great, I sat down in their waiting area. I hadn't been in there very long before I noticed myself getting woozy and tingly. I thought it was because of the chemical smell so as I stood up to walk outside things got worse, i became disoriented even more tingly and now I'm shaking. I ended up laying outside in their parking lot! 🫣 from prior experience I know what I need to do in those situations. Being flat and in cool or fresh air helps the best. What started out as great experience turned into the best embarrassing situation. So a special shout out The red haired man, I believe his name is Ben!! He came to check on me and asked if he could do anything to help. I handed him my card so they didn't think I was trying to pull a fast one 😅 and asked for crackers. They didnt have the crackers but what he did have was a moment to help and comfort!! That means more to me in my eyes!! My body ended up getting itself together enough for me to get back home where I literally slept until 5:00 Am! Thank you Fords for not only the great service but a great employee as well!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Purchased 4 new tires with them.. a week later tire pressure light came on. I had ran over something sharp. So I called In, he said he could put a brand new tire on for me for the same price I had already paid. So i went back there.. the salesman wasn't in. He had left for the day. The gentleman at the counter asked if I had purchased the roadside warranty. I said no?? I was never offered that?? So I was never offered a warranty that would have covered anything happening to my tires. so I had to pay full price bc the salesman didn't do his job. THEN a few days later my tire pressure light comes back on. I checked the tires everything seemed okay. The next morning I was driving on the interstate & my car started acting funny. So I take it to a nearby shop for them to take a look at it. IT HAD NO OIL IN IT. Not a single drop. mind you, the salesman that sold me my tires told me they changed my oil, checked all my fluids, that everything was good to go. So I was driving with not a single drop of oil in my car & may have blown it up. * Also I'd like to add that I have another flat tire.. not the one that was replaced either. They sell you junk tires & don't offer a warranty so you will come & spend more money!! Do. Not. Come. Here.
