First time here. Known about them forever and will always remember hearing their jingle on the radio.My side mirrors been busted a long time. I got tired of duct taping it. So, I sent them an online message, they got back to me promptly. I went in, they ordered the mirror and gave me an estimate. Told me to come by anytime in the next week once they got the mirror in. The job was really seamless and the final cost came out on the low end of the estimate. Very happy with them. Customer service was great, the waiting room was clean. Pretty much everything you'd want from a reputable shop. I will definitely be back to have some other things fixed.

Absolutely terrible experience with Fonzarelli’s. We first contacted them on December 4th to get all four rims replaced through our warranty company. From the beginning, communication was a mess—they rarely returned our calls and we had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. The tech we were assigned to was barely ever at the shop because he worked at multiple locations, and unfortunately, he never handed off our case to anyone else. To make things worse, he clearly didn’t understand the process to complete a warranty claim, which delayed everything even further. Now it’s April 10th, and we just found out they also weren’t returning calls from the warranty company. That’s over four months wasted with absolutely no progress, all because of disorganization and lack of professionalism. I had been putting off replacing my tires since the fall because we were waiting for them to replace the rims. Anyone knows you don’t mount new tires twice if you don’t have to. So now I have no new rims and my tires are bald. They dropped the ball every step of the way. Avoid Fonzarelli’s at all costs.

A deer came jumped over a guardrail right into my car. I just happened to be going home from the dealership. Hubby remembered that I was close to Fonzarelli's and suggested I take it there for repairs. Having grown up in the 80s, I would laugh each time I passed the shop and would recollect watching Happy Days as a kid. I'm so glad we chose them. I got my car back looking better than it did before the deer damage. Everyone is friendly and professional. They truly stand behind their work. It was worth the 45 minute drive from home.

Fonzarelli's did a great job with the repair on my 2019 F150. With frame pulls needed on both the front and back of the truck. The finished product is excellent, you can't tell it was ever in a wreck that was enough to tweak the frame.

I had a colision with my Tacoma pickup. The insurance company had a list of body shops, but said we could take it anywhere to get the truck fixed. I read reviews for many shops and decided on Fonzarelli's. I called for an appointment for an estimate. I talked to Jay, he said "just stop by!" I stop by a few days later, he took some pictures and my insurance information and said he would call me later after he talked to the insurance company and would also schedule a repair date. He called the next day to schedule the repair date. I dropped to truck off for repair. Jay called me when it was done and it looks great! The entire event was smoothly handled by Jay and the team of technicians and craftsmen at Fonzarelli's. Thank you, all. Job, well done!
