FMS Performance

This fellow is struggling. I also got info over the phone. When I arrived it was apparent he lied to me, and continued to lie to my face. I feel bad for him, but don't take your car here

He didn't do the work I asked for instead he welded my whole exhaust so I could not replace my axle back... Called to ask about him fixing it and he decided he was going to threaten to beat me up with his martial arts skills and continued to threaten me... Horrible customer service lame work poor welding skills I don't understand why ANYONE would go to him...

Mike does a great job. Did exactly what I wanted done at a very reasonable price, and I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently the job was done. For the people who complained about Mike's "attitude"; hey folks, it's a muffler shop not a country club. Actually, Mike seems to me to be a no-nonsense straight-shooter who actually cares about his work. To some people that may come across as gruff but hey, I will recommend him without hesitation. Thanks Mike.

I went in thinking I didnt have my two catalytic converters, but Mike pointed out that I had both, but the one on the bottom was the wrong one for my motor. He said he would charge me X amount of dollars and he kept his word. He got the part in that afternoon, and said he could throw it on in 40 minutes. 40 mins later I was getting my keys and being rang up. Mike has a lot of knowledge and works very fast but does quality work.

DO NOT COME FOR PERFORMANCE EXHAUST INSTALLATION. Mike told me over the phone he could install a performance midpipe in my 2014 328i in a week. The day comes and I pull in, No one in the shop or in the office. One car on the lift but overall dead. Someone finally comes out the back to help me, takes a look under my car using a lighter as flashlight. but says he can’t install my exhaust because it doesn’t have a secondary catalytic converter and “he doesn’t want to go to jail”. Very anti American and unwilling to work. Took my car elsewhere and got it installed within an hour. No need to wait one week wait or deal with a grown man attitude thanks.

The man, the myth, the legend! Had Mike redo my exhaust and not only did he execute as always but he managed to squeeze me into his busy schedule so I would have my project ready in time for the weekend to get tuned! I see many complain about his attitude but honestly, that's just the way he is and I actually appreciate his way of being. A man that is straight to business and no funny stuff. I would always recommend FMS for any exhaust work! Thanks again Mike!
