They did all the work on our vehicle to pass inspection except for the cracked windshield. They said come back after it was fixed and they’ll be able to sticker it. Came back in after the windshield was fixed and while looking at his computer, the employee confirmed that was all they needed for the vehicle to pass. They go check it out since it had been a few months, just in case. Now, the hatch to get into the back is and has been functional, but broken, and the third brake light component above that hatch has been out since they did the repairs that they said were needed for a sticker. There’s two working brake lights on this vehicle like most cars have, which might be why it was overlooked in the first place. Had they said it needed to be fixed back when they did that work, it would have been fixed when I went back there and no ones time would’ve been wasted. The cherry on top - I tell them I have the replacement part for the broken hatch at home, they ask me if I have the light part too. I tell them I’d have to double check if the light component came with the hatch one. They say okay and that they’re looking at their prior records to see if it said anything about the trunk light. (Even though it was confirmed in the beginning that the only thing noted was the windshield) I say okay and waited. Nothing was said so I sit down and wait some more. After about 10 minutes the guy behind the counter looks at me and asks if I found out if I had the light component or not. I wasn’t aware they were waiting on me because of their poor communication, but I tell him that no I do not think the light comes with the hatch. Then he tells me well alright then at this point you’re good to go. Failed the vehicle and I went on my way. It seems like if they were waiting for that info I could have just told them I had the light replacement and got a sticker. Very strange. I would’ve given two stars but the customer service and sense of professionalism when you’re in there has room for improvement.

I drive from Vermont to have fleet service work on my truck. Very best service and concern for your issues. Work done as described and in a timely manner. I trust fleet to work on my truck which is why I drive from Vermont . Highly recommend this business.

Awesome folks! Took my Class A RV in for service and gave them a list of what I wanted done. They ordered tires ahead of my appointment and handled everything very well. They kept me updated when a needed part had to be ordered. Great folks to deal with for my diesel pusher. I finally found a mechanic for my RV that I can trust.

I would never go to another business for car needs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and with great communication. They are reasonable in their prices and will never screw you over or blindside you. My daughter drives from Portland for their services. After dealing with Adam....you wouldn't go anywhere else. ;)

Fleet Services is outstanding on every level. On July 21, 2023, we were driving from north of Portland to our home in Western Ma. Our tire light came on and we detected one if not two slowly deflating tires. We drove to Fleet, which by happenstance was nearby. They took us right away, diagnosed and fixed the tires in short order and sent us on our way. But first they directed that we go A + W service located 9 miles away as a test for the repaired tires. Upon arrival at A + W, the service person there was waiting for us. After checking and testing the tires after we drove on it for a short time, he confirmed that all was fine and we drove home. Besides great service, the guys at both location were welcoming and kind. Their service is unmatched. I highly recommend this company without hesitation or qualification. Ed Schrager
