Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash. Introduce
For individuals and businesses seeking automotive services for heavy-duty vehicles in Pontiac, Michigan, **Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash** is located at **1125 Perry St, Pontiac, MI 48340, USA**. Operating within the broader category of **Auto Repair Stations**, this establishment aims to provide services for trucks, as indicated by its name. However, a detailed objective introduction of this specific business must be primarily informed by the direct feedback provided by its customers, as this constitutes the available public information.
Regarding the **environment** of Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash, the provided customer reviews do not offer specific details about the physical layout, waiting areas, or general cleanliness of the facility itself. Instead, the focus of customer observations leans heavily towards the internal atmosphere and management behavior. One customer describes a scene where the owner was "screaming at one of his employees in plain view," and subsequently "talked poorly about my rig while I was within 10 feet of him." This feedback paints a picture of a potentially tense or openly disrespectful internal environment, which can naturally extend to impact the customer experience. The reference to a "sweat shop" further suggests a challenging or oppressive work atmosphere for employees, which, by extension, can influence the overall professional demeanor and service quality perceived by clients. Such an environment, if accurately portrayed by these accounts, would not align with typical expectations of a welcoming or professionally serene auto repair station.
In terms of **services** offered by Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash, the name itself implies a dual focus: truck repair and truck washing. While the specific array of repair services is not itemized in the provided reviews, one customer explicitly mentions needing a "mudflap replace," indicating that general truck repair tasks are undertaken. The existence of "Cam and Diesel Dave," described as "awesome at what they do," suggests that there are indeed skilled technicians capable of performing mechanical work on trucks. However, the reviews primarily focus on the *delivery* of these services rather than their scope. The company's operations appear to include taking vehicles into the building for repair, suggesting a workshop setup. The truck wash aspect is not detailed in the customer feedback, so no objective information about that service is available.
The **features** of Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash, as highlighted by customer experiences, unfortunately, point to significant operational and customer service challenges rather than positive attributes. A dominant feature is the apparent **lack of communication and transparency regarding pricing**. One customer was quoted $130 for a mudflap replacement (equating to one hour of labor) but was later presented with a bill for $420, with no prior notification or explanation for the substantial price increase, despite the customer providing the parts. This severe discrepancy, coupled with the absence of a call to inform the customer about the changing price, indicates a critical flaw in their communication protocol and billing practices. The customer's complaint about a "horrible experience" underscores the negative impact of this pricing surprise and lack of transparency.
Another prominent feature, deeply embedded in the customer feedback, is the reported **disrespectful management behavior**. The owner is described as "screaming at one of his employees in plain view" and speaking "poorly about my rig" in earshot of the customer. Furthermore, the customer was indirectly told, "that I am not welcome back in the future" via an employee, which is perceived as a "cowardly" act. This behavior points to a significant issue with customer relations and professional conduct, which can profoundly deter repeat business and damage the establishment's reputation. The customers who shared their experiences strongly advise others to "Stay far far away from this place, unless you like being completely disrespected," which serves as a very strong warning about the prevailing atmosphere and treatment received.
The perceived **dependability** of the shop is also called into question. The initial quote for a one-hour job extended into a multi-hour endeavor without communication, and the customer had to call multiple times to ascertain the status of their vehicle. This suggests issues with scheduling, workflow management, or simply honoring agreed-upon timelines, which directly impacts the dependability from a customer's perspective.
Regarding **promotional information**, based solely on the provided customer reviews, there is no positive or conventional promotional information available for Fleet Pro Truck Repair & Truck Wash. The customer feedback instead acts as a strong deterrent, effectively serving as negative "anti-promotional" messaging from real-world experiences. There are no mentions of discounts, special offers, service guarantees, or any other typical marketing incentives that an **Auto Repair Station** would generally employ to attract clientele. Instead, the narrative is entirely dominated by instances of dissatisfaction concerning unexpected costs, poor communication, delayed service, and disrespectful interactions. Any potential customer relying on this information would be advised to exercise extreme caution or consider alternative service providers, given the consistent pattern of highly negative experiences reported. The reviews actively "dissuade" rather than "promote" engagement with the business, painting a stark picture of a service provider that, according to these accounts, fails to meet basic expectations of customer respect, transparency, and timely service delivery.

I will never take my truck to this place again. I came in yesterday needing a mudflap replace. I supplied the mudflaps the shop manager Dave quoted me $130 which is one hour of labor when I called today at two to pick up my truck he said unfortunately we haven’t got it in the building yet. Come up in two hours and it’ll be ready, I call back at four to let them know I’m on the way they say it’s done when I get there. He tells me that he has four hours into this job and that my total is $420 to replace a mudflap after I complained he says the best I can do is take off a half hour , there was no call prior to service being done to let me know that the price will be changed. It was no communication from the shop at all and again I provided the mudflaps. This was a horrible experience, and I would never use this shop again and I don’t suggest that anyone else does either .

This would be a great place if it had a different owner. While I was there, he (the Bosnian owner) was screaming at one of his employees in plain view and then proceeded to talk poorly about my rig while I was within 10 feet of him. He told his employee, to tell me, (like a coward) that I am not welcome back in the future. It's too bad because Cam and Diesel Dave are both awesome at what they do and I ONLY went there because they were there. This man runs a sweat shop. He will hopefully drive all his buisness away and close up shop in the future. Stay far far away from this place, unless you like being completely disrespected.
