This s at least the second time we’ve used FIX sadly and unfortunately I think it’s more than twice. The people there are very good and the staff is friendly and communicate well and meet deadlines. I’ve been happy with their work. Unfortunately I noticed today when I picked up my car that there appears to be a little undercoating showing / which they said they would take care of when I bring it back next week to have the tail light installed. One thing that did not make me happy was that they had to take a lot of my belongings out of the trunk to do the work and then they threw them in the back seat and didn’t r Put them back in the trunk before I picked up the car. A small but annoying thing. I probably would have given them 5 stars.
