I made an appointment as soon as I got the go signal from my car insurance. The estimator, Manny, went to look at the damages and explained the initial plan based on what we both can see, but also mentioned that there could be some damages that can only be seen once the parts are disassembled. Suzi on the other hand has kept me updated as to the progress of the repair. Not only I was able to get my car ahead of their estimated date, but they also did an excellent job in making my exterior look brand new by removing some minor scratches around the car and even cleaned my all-weather mats. The moldings and decals were also installed correctly. The lifetime warranty for the repairs they have done is a true commitment to costumer service.

In my opinion, fix auto is a number one place to get your car repaired. They are professional, helpful, explain everything that needs to be done and keeps you updated on the status of your repair. Fix Auto Downey did an outstanding job on my Fiat 500x that had lost all of its great looks. Our outstanding Southern California weather caused my plastic parts with their limited manufacturing clear coating to turn a cloudy white instead of their original silver/gray color. I was amazed that my car now looks like it did when I bought it. Fix auto even guaranteed the work for as long as I own the vehicle. Best yet, I also got a wash and vacuum when painting was complete that removed all signs that my 2 Bullies also enjoy their long distance rides in their car. Keep this site in your list of vendors to go to!!
