Bought a throttle body valve assembly. Didn't ship it out for 8 days, came 7 days after that. Part is clearly used and had been cleaned. Emailed them pictures and they said it was a new part. Want to return it? And be out another 15 days without a vehicle! No thanks. Don't fall for paying for over priced "new" used parts that take 15 days to get to your house. Update: I received a call from customer service today and they refunded me after I made this review.

Don't loose your time with this people. They don't stand behind of their order. I called to make sure a turbo was in stock, I received a call from their customer service, and they said item was in stock to go head a make the purchase. After waiting for 3 long days, and my persistence on my tracking, they decided to canceled my order. This nasty lady hang up the phone on my for 4 times. They don't respect customer, why would you trust them with your money??

Genuine Original Equipment parts at 30 percent less than the dealer. Expert, fast friendly customer service. Didn't have to spend an hour on hold dialing endless prompts. Free delivery

First of: they have good prices and fast service. Maybe I got unlucky this one time and it's not a typical experience with them, but my order didn't go well. Ordered fuel pump and fuel lines with overnight shipping to the shop. The website was showing the parts in stock, otherwise I wouldn't be able to pay for them, I also called them at least 2 times to make sure they have the parts and can ship the same day - which they said yes. Then they shipped only the pump and not the lines. I find out after a week that they didn't have the lines in stock so they didn't ship it, nor did they inform me timely about the issue.... This is a time sensitive business, if for some reason the website is outdated or whatever mishup, call me the same day, or in worst case next day in the morning and tell me about it so I can overnight it from somewhere else, but don't drop the ball on me like that.

My CPC was stolen. I ordered this one from First Truck Parts because it required no core charge. I paid an additional $88 for overnight shipping. I began to get all kinds of dashboard lights for fuel, DEF, transmission and engine block. Semi would not start. I went back to the mechanic that programmed the CPC and he showed the DEF fuel code active, so I went back to shop that handles my DEF system and they ran diagnostic, which showed CPC hardware failure and many missing message failure codes for CPC. I went back to the mechanic that programmed the CPC with this printout and he ran his own diagnostic again that showed CPC hardware failure and many missing message failure codes. He then offered to reprogram for free and as I drove out of his shop more dash codes and semi went down to 5 miles per hour. I turned it off for ten minutes and turned it back on and was able to drive back into his shop. He then replaced the CPC I purchased from First Truck Parts with one he had and programmed it for my semi then asked me to test drive it. I drove it around and no problems, so the CPC from First Truck Parts was the problem. I contacted First Truck Parts and they wanted me to ship it back to them to do their own testing and if they determined there was nothing wrong with it they wanted me to pay for shipping and testing. I said you can refund me once I drop it off for return shipping or give me a local Freightliner dealer to bring it to for exchange. They refused. I decided to not waste anymore time or money with this seller. I used First Truck Parts junk CPC as a core charge at my local Freightliner dealer and bought a replacement CPC from them instead. In my experience it is not worth dealing with First Truck Parts and their questionable product they are selling as NEW Freightliner OEM. The one I bought from Freightliner looked nothing like the First Truck Parts CPC with security stickers and security plastic on it. The new one I purchased from Freightliner works fine. I had to pay for programming twice. I lost revenue from downtime and paid an additional $400 in programming from trying out First Truck Parts. I will never use this seller again. I recommend to anyone reading this review to just pay full price at the Freightliner dealership for a CPC.

Ordered a DEF Header that was the number Cummins had gave me and that I had ordered from Cummins once before. Received the part and it was not correct. They then told me that I had the wrong part number (Even though I know it was right because I've ordered it before from Cummins) and I needed a different part number for it to be the correct one and could pay the difference since it cost more to get the correct one or return the part and pay a restocking fee. So I went along with it and had the replacement sent. Received the replacement and it still is not the correct part. and clearly is not a Genuine Cummins part as listed. The mounting plate is dirty and the original numbers on it have been scratched off. UPDATE -- The company is trying to make the situation right and is having me return the part. Waiving the additional cost for the price difference and is working to get the correct part to me.

Just don't buy from here! If I could give zero stars for the customer service I received, I would have Ordered a filter 3/6. Said 2-4 business days. Today, still no part. They took my money fast enough though. Called customer service, the lady was NOT friendly at all. Seemed as though she was miffed that she even had to take a call. She said she couldn't find my order, even though I received a confirmation e-mail. Said she would call me back. Waited about a half hour, and was worried this was a scammer, so I called back. Same lady answers with a disgusted sigh and said "you just called me". I said yes, did you talk to the manager? She said she did and "he doesn't know anything." I asked her to cancel the order. She said she would. If I don't receive a refund shortly, I will dispute with my credit card company. If you're having a bad day, or don't like your job lady, call in or quit!
