I have dealt with my share of bad mechanics, but this shop is by far the WORSE EVER. I March 2023, I was recommended to go here because they are reasonable in price. I took my 2018 Murano to them. There was a noise in my car, and I was told they knew what it was, and they could fix it. Two days pasted, and they said, they were wrong. It was my timing. I was told it would take a day or two to fix the problem. With no communication in between, a week pasted by before they finally called me back, and said the car was ready. I charged 1,200, and even gave this guy $100 tip because he said he wasn't charging me full price. As I get in the car, the car smelled like weed. Keep in mind, they smoke weed in the shop all day long. They probably smoke weed while working on cars as well. So unprofessional! As I rode away, my car started shaking, and I couldn't excellerate. I couldn't bring it back immediately because I wss on my way to work. Within a day, I almost got into 5 accidents because I couldn't accelerate, and cars almost hit me from behjnd. I was told they didn't know what happened. They kept my car for a full month starting there was a sensor problem. They are suppose to be mechanics, but couldn't find the problem after a month. After a month of frustration, I demanded my car back. I was told it was working fine, after test driving the car over the weekend. Then I was told the remote unsynced. I had to pay gas, and tolls to get my another remote in the city. As I went to pick up the car, the car wouldn't start at all. All I was told, their heart hurts. They don't know why the car won't start. The car sat with them another month. With hardly any communication again, I demanded my car back again so I could take it to Nissan. They told me they had an appointment with them, so they could do a diagnostic. They lied. They dropped it off, and Nissan called me immediately asking me what happened to the car. They dropped it off without an appointment. As a result, they killed my destroyed my engine, and killed the computer. In order to fix it, the job costed me $9,400 with tax to fix the job. I couldn't trade the car in because I still had to pay of almost 14 grand. The car couldn't be fixed until I paid the 9,400. After paying them, it took months for the computer to come in. My car was with Nissan from May-September. After getting my car back, the original problem was still there. There was still a sensor problem. As an end result, after all was said, and done the car was unfixable. First Class Motor sport cost me well over 13,000 in damage. No apologies were given. They are the WORSE EVER!

First class towing! They were great communicators, timely, thorough and pleasant! After waiting four hours for another tow company that ultimately cancelled, I was grateful for First Class Motor Sports' towing customer service and getting the job done quickly.

I recently purchased a car within the last 90 days from this place. The car has many problems already .and when i called them to explain that the car I bought for several thousand dollars had issues, I was disregarded and told that they will not help me fix it. Buyer beware. Save your money and go to a more reputable shop for any and all automotive needs.
