Easily the best repair shop in town, maybe even the best in the state. I took my truck and my car there for some repairs and the lead mechanic quoted me an excellent price. They won't do anything without asking you first, and always seem to put the customer first. Moreover, they have some very talented mechanics on staff and the work tends to get done pretty quickly. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Their tow truck threw parts all over my car damaging it while they were picking up a car in Shawneetown Illinois! And they refuse to fix it! Even said on the phone they weren't worried about going to court because they're in Tenneessee and we are in Illinois! But right is right and wrong is wrong! I even sent them pics of the parts all over the highway and a piece stuck in between my headlamp and bumper cover! And the sheriff's name and number because I went straight to the sheriff because this guy was losing his load!!

I can definitely give credit where it’s due. My car has been going there since 2022 and every single time they have went above and beyond to get my car fixed. I called them for a tow and they always come within a hour and a half. It’s even down to the young ladies who work up front, who takes the time out of their day to thoroughly explain the issues with your car. I called at 3 just to see if my car would be ready for the day, and the nice lady who works up front was very honest and said that they hadn’t started working on my car because the ticket got pushed behind other’s tickets. She was able to get a nice tech to work on my car at 3:30 and had my car ready to go by 4:15 (right before they close). I’d keep bringing my car here and I haven’t had not one bad experience with them.

Came in on short notice with a headlight/blinker issue I have tried for months to solve on my own, they got me in as soon as I showed up. Dwight was fantastic, communicated what was wrong and fixed it, gave me advice on how to get ahead of other issues that may come up. Very transparent about the cost, extremely friendly front desk staff. Absolutely wonderful experience, I cannot say enough about this business!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The first time the warranty company sent me here they said it was nothing wrong with my car. After forcing them to look at it deeper they magically found out it needed a new engine. Now just a little over two months later my car is stalling and leaking gas somewhere. They ASKED ME where is it leaking gas to as if I’m a mechanic. Then refused to put the car on a. Diagnostic machine yet still charged me over $100 fee to drive the car in a circle and say they don’t see anything wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.
