I took my new car here to be fixed to replace the door and the new wheels because the car got vandalized it's been two months since my car has been in ther they are not professional they do the job really sloppy they called me last week on monday to pick up the car and I told them I supposed to go on vacation but my vacation got canceled four days later past Friday I got to pick up the car it's more scratched then the car has been parked in the street so he looks like with this guy to fix your car he needs the time from six months to a year to finish the car they are quite probably to fix old cars and patching but not for the new cars I don't recommend no one in this shop especially if you have a new car don't do it I told them to fix the scratches they did they don't even give me the date when the card is gonna be done and they have the car for two months already he looks like I'm gonna have to report them to better bureau business maybe they can help me with the situation because they keep my car hostage now

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This shop is highly unprofessional. My car has been 2 months in the shop. The guy named Elvis is acting like the owner of the car like if I don't have any rights for my car to say anything, he is aggressive and rude. When I went to see the car and pickup, he was more scratch than he has been on the street and they did horrible paint job and they think the scratched go away when they polish the car and you can see that the scratches are deep, you can't polish that to remove it. when they find out that you are Albanian, they think they have power over you, basically you are not allowed to ask any question because he thinks he has rights to do that. They left the key outside in the windshield, where they were sanding the car, the key car was white from the dust. I don't recommend anyone here even if you are Albanian or not because they are unprofessional. Really sloppy job. That's why you only see 1 comment whit five stars here. If I could give them a zero, I'd do so for their lack of professionalism and the way they treat customers. They don't take what they do seriously, nor do they have any love for it.
