I have been searching for a reliable and dependable service facility for quite a while. I purchased 2 new vehicles from Moran Chevy in '24 and haven't had any luck with their service dept. I work near SH Firestone and gave them a new tire sale. I'm very pleased with Michele and Daniel and my service tech. They are reasonable people and need to be rewarded. I took my 2024 Chevy in for an alignment and chassis lubrication - items which Moran overlooked. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed. No more slight pull to the left and steering wheel centered!!!! I look forward as a return customer and hoping to build a great business relationship with them! Thnaks MJ and Daniel!!!!!

Beware of Michelle/Manager. Dropped vehicle off for routine maintenance check. I called for status update after the promised time of completion. Michelle advised that the vehicle was out being road tested. I asked Michelle timing on the road test. After she advised the the timing, I told her that the GPS that we have tracking the vans shows that this van is not moving. After I told her that and she could not explain why she told a blatant lie that this van was being road tested she became very angry and dismissive. When I arrived back at Firestone she still refused to just own up to lying. Ben/Firestone took over and advised that the van had not been serviced because they fell behind on time. Ben was very nice and kind. Dan was very nice and kind. Michelle is not to be trusted. Michelle is rude. Michelle is unprofessional. Michelle does not own her mistakes/lies. Michelle has poor customer service skills. Michelle is ruining your business. Can you really trust that you are going to get what you pay for? CUSTOMERS BEWARE/AT YOUR OWN RISK

The staff was very patient and efficient. They answered all my questions and concerns with proper and detailed responses. I was highly satisfied with the end result as well. They also gave me recommendations on what I should do to keep my car's performance optimal, which was very appreciated.

Friendly staff. I was told by Firestone that my vehicle needed a new engine. I took it to another Jay's auto shop in Detroit for a second opinion. All I needed was a water pump. That was a month ago. My vehicle is still running well after 1 month. Thanks for the welcoming service!
