Firestone Complete Auto Care Customer Reviews

I didn't have an appointment but was 30 miles from home and had a tire that needed repair. They fit me in and it was done pretty quickly and I was on my way again. Also, the fella at the counter was courteous and friendly and even checked to make sure the stem caps were all there as they checked all my other tires. This was not our first experience at this Firestone and we will return when necessary.

I had an appointment at 1:00 to have 4 new tires put on my car. They said they were one person short, so my wait would be 2 or 2.5 hours. I told them I would return at 3:30. I pulled in at 3:30 and my car hadn’t moved an inch. They hadn’t even started it. I explained that I had an appointment for a reason and had somewhere to be at 4:30. He said they’d get started and would call me as soon as it was finished. I finally called at 4:50 and it still was not finished, so I explained my frustration. I told them I was on my way to get it. They said they would finish it quick. I pick it up and look at my paperwork once I’ve left. They had the wrong mileage on my receipt by about 5000 miles. The tires I purchased have 80,000 mile warranty, so I call to have it corrected in their system with the right mileage. After waiting for 5 minutes for them to answer, I ask for a supervisor and “Conner” hangs up on me. Never use this place. The absolute worst customer service ever.

I had a slow leak in my back tire. Took it in to see if I needed a new one or if my tire could be patched. They patched it. I asked if they checked my tire pressure in all my other tires. He said yes. After I got to my car, I knew that was a lie because my cheap valve stem caps I bought from Dollar General were horrible and needed basically to be scraped off with pliers. They were all still on, so I know they didn’t check my tire pressure. I also asked him if he reset my low tire pressure light and he said yes. Again, a lie because when I got out to my car and started it, there was my low tire pressure light still on. So that evening, I get in my car to go to work. Didn’t check my tire because I thought it was fixed and drove all the way up my driveway to the road with a flat tire that made me also accidentally drive off my driveway into a bush, which scraped off my side view mirror. I’ve been to Firestone quite a few times and spent a lot of money there, but this is the last.

They were already working on a vehicle and yet we're very attentive and ready to help me when I got there. The gentleman who done the work I needed helped me generously. I can't thank him enough.

DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE!!!!! Firestone is so far the worst company, I have ever encountered. I had some maintenance issues I had done in Firestone and it turned into a nightmare. I was treated very rudely especially after they negligently forgot to fix in a drain plug and ended up destroying my engine. I had an even worse encounter with their claims department which is conveniently in Tennessee, especially with one of their claims agent. I have proof of everything so far and will be posting that in a bit. Picture added is a snapshot of what he told me when I said that because of my car being messed up by Firestone I couldn’t go to work. (Note : I work several miles from home and there is no public transportation to and from work)
