I love the El Con Firestone. I called and booked an appointment with Fred. He was very professional and polite. Addresses my concerns, got my car in and back to me admits their busy schedule. I need assistance on the back end when transporting my car back home and Rene did not hesitate to step up and assist me in securing the vehicle and providing instructions to my tow truck driver upon arrival. I have been to other Firestone locations and the cleanliness, and commitment to service is never the same as the El Con’s. I have become an exclusive and loyal customer to the El Con Firestone! Needed four new tires and TPMS sensors for my Lexus. I specifically wanted Bridgestone tires since that’s what Lexus typically uses. When I came to this location, I was told they don’t handle Lexus or Toyota TPMS sensors because “they can’t program them.” That sounded strange, so I went to Discount Tire instead. They not only matched Costco’s pricing, but also installed and programmed all four tires and TPMS sensors in just 30 minutes. Their customer service was excellent. Later, I called this store again because I had a lifetime alignment from years ago. I scheduled an 8am appointment, but then got a text saying it had to be moved to 10am. The day of, I got a confirmation text reminding me to head over. I arrived at 9:50am, and the guy at the counter took my info, then casually told me the alignment machine was down and I’d need to reschedule. No apology, no heads-up call—just rude and dismissive. It was clear he couldn’t care less about wasting my time. I ended up going to a different location near the mall, where the staff was friendly and got me in right away. To be clear: avoid this location. They lost out on a $1,200 sale and my future business. The other locations are far more professional and helpful.

I took my vehicle to repair my slow leaking tire. I was greeted with courtesy and professionally by Mr Wilker. He advised me the situation of my tire and informed me they will take care of it. Tire was repaired in a very timely matter. Please note, this shop was very clean and orderly.
