I have been going to this Firestone for well over 15 years. The staff is always nice and always is helpful with saving money which is hard to believe for a business. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by name by the employees. I forget the managers name however is he always so helpful and nice. Same thing for Chris Wright. He knew I was struggling a bit with money right now and he helped me so very much with finding the best tires for me. He also made sure my car was ready when promised. With a lot of stores now a days that have rude employees, this one stands out for its customer service and honesty. I highly recommend this Firestone on Buford highway. You will not be disappointed.

Firestone doesn't have expert mechanics. I have been at this shop multiple times with serious concerns about my vehicle but they can never replicate or find the problem. I go home and with some basic tools I find the problem on my car and I'm not even close to being a mechanic. I give the job to other mechanic shops or I fix it myself instead of giving it to Firestone because they don't even put the effort into figuring out the issue on my vehicle. Firestone employees tell me , you can drop your car with us to give it a good look, it will cost you about $1,200 to $1,500 but we can't guarantee you that we will find the problem. What kind of business is that? If you can't find the problem then you shouldn't keep all the money. Let's say I drop my car and Firestone mechanic finds the problem, Firestone would get to keep 1,200 and charge for the replacement parts and maybe additional labor. I would have to pay them about $3000 depending on the parts. But if they don't find anything they would keep $1,200 and I would go home as a loser. If I say no thank you I won't be dropping my vehicle for a service check , I would go home disappointed and would have to keep looking somewhere else for mechanic help or turn myself into a rookie mechanic because Firestone complete auto care isn't complete after all. Damn they have all the professional tools and they can't find a noisy worn-out sway link bar? Damn I found it with the assistance of my brother, by turning the wheel and literally learning how to fix it watching YouTube. Why would I give the fixing job to Firestone after their incompetence. The excuse they give me is, you know your car better than us because you drive it all day long and I say, yeah but I'm not a certified mechanic, Damn I'll pay you but I need you to find the issue and fix it because I'm not crazy, I do hear and feel obvious scratching front rotors, and rear shaking wheels but you couldn't replicate or find the problem? Something doesn't add up. It's like Firestone only wants guaranteed service jobs, like your car has to literally have broken parts that even a blind man can see. Thanks for nothing Firestone, what a complete waste of time.

It’s probably my fault at this point, but I’ve scheduled appointments, online and in-person, on three different occasions only to have an issue when i got there. Yesterday, Feb. 2nd, I scheduled an appointment for today at 2:30. I get there at 2:28, the door is locked, there’s a scribbled paper saying “out to lunch, be back at 3:30”, a guy sitting in the lobby area, and techs in the shop. I called the phone number and obviously no answer. I would have rather you called and asked to push my appointment back to another day, but that would have been too much.
