Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great service, relatively quick, thankfully they changed our tire in time for us to get to our appointment on time. The guy at the counter is definitely working hard and was busy taking calls and calling people back while we were waiting for our car to be done - you don't see a lot of that these days. We'll be back to this specific Firestone the next time we need auto care.

I didn’t know it would be such a big problem to fix a flat tire. I came in a day ahead, but they told me I needed to make an appointment. So, I made an appointment, came in the next morning, and they said, “Nope, we’re not fixing anything for you because something broke on our end.” It’s a 15-minute job, and they haven’t been able to fix it for two days now.

Stop scrolling, bring yourself down here for all your maintenance needs. Fast, efficient, straight to the point service. Ask for Jeremy ( if he doesn’t approach you first with great customer service ). Management should definitely provide a better TV, reading material set up for this location as it definitely needs some work. Outside of that, part of what makes this location great is the going above and beyond service from Jeremy and I’ll be returning for all my suggested maintenance needs here at this location.

I’ve been to this location for a variety of services and leave happy and grateful each time! Jeramy always provides exceptional services and is so friendly and helpful! He is honest and helps me feel at ease that I am not being overcharged or performing unnecessary services. This is my go-to shop!
