Firestone Complete Auto Care

When is a store no longer just a ‘store’? When you refer more to the people there than the name on the building. To me it’s not a Firestone, it’s Arnold and Chris’ place. In just a couple experiences they’ve completely reversed my previously negative opinions of a firestone. I had written this place off due to previous mgt and their shady tactics, but Arnold and Chris effuse integrity and sincere respect in each aspect of their interaction. Straightforward answers, one fair price, consistent follow through, quality experience start to finish, and just feeling really good about your interaction and purchase are what I walked away with from just a flat tire repair!! I’ve since come back and steered my family from a competitor in town because FINALLY the tire business is feeling less like a high priced subscription and more like an interaction with trusted professionals. I literally drive by and think that’s “Arnold’s place”. They can’t do it alone of course. Their whole team is skilled, friendly, and efficient. Quality people under quality leadership. Integrity isn’t complicated but it isn’t easy either. They’re putting in the hard work to really take care of people. So I have no hesitation to refer folks to Arnold’s place!

I visited Arnold at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Escondido after having an issue with my tire, and I have to say the experience was excellent. The service was fast and professional, and Arnold himself was very friendly, helping me resolve the problem quickly. I felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job right, with patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I went to Firestone located on 1805 S. Center City Pkwy in Escondido to fix the air leak on one of my car's tires. Arnold Quinonez welcomed me and took care the problem within 30 minutes. I was going to pay for the service, but he said, "it was a minor issue, no charge". Wow!!!! Arnold smile, attitude and willing to help surprised me as a customer. These days it is very hard to find a person like him and a great service which he and his team provided to me. Great job, keep up the good work

Chris and Arnold both really good fellows who together helped me find and install the Goodyear endurance trailer tires that were recommended by the RV manufacturer. My old tires still had enough tread, still I'm happy to have the peace of mind that comes with newer tires and knowing the job of installing has been well done by these fellows....

Every staff memeber I've met are exceptional at customer service. Friendly, courteous, polite... you name it. Understanding (as I missed a few appointments - and no annoyance, shortness etc). Helpful (my spare was stuck due to a kinked chain and more). My second time there and I'll be back - I came to this location as it was the only location that had the tires I wanted, but the staff here have won me and I'll return for all my truck's needs.

I just want to to say how amazing this team is, I’ve had beyond horrible experiences where I’m being charged double for services, thank god this was not the case here and they explained everything to me, didn’t up sale me on anything that wasn’t needed. no hidden fees or charges. The way they spoke to me with respect and honesty, truly amazing. I will be referring people to this location and the manager or person in charge is a blessing. Highly advice anyone looking for a reputable shop to check them out ask for Arnold the manager or Chris. The best team ever!

Fastest alignment ever, only took about 35 minutes. Great customer service! I bought the lifetime alignment package which is worth it if you plan on owning your vehicle for the next 4 years.
