This is one of the best Firestone locations. Junior & Chris have been my main contacts there and their customer service is always on point. Junior is really transparent in the issues they found and the recommended services. He doesn't push things you don't need, which is cool for someone who doesn't understand cars as much as I should. He is really knowledgeable and lets me ask my 100 questions until I feel I understand. I haven't had any issues with the work there. I usually get my car in/out same day.

I always have really great experiences at Firestone. Fortunately Firestone has a credit card so I am no as nervous about authorizing work. The staff are incredibly helpful and always friendly and polite. They patiently provide me with diagnostic information and go out of their way to quickly service my vehicle as I usually wait at their facility for my car. Doesn't get any better than this as I have been using Firestone for over 20 years and I have never had a breakdown on the freeway. Now that's what I call service!

Everyone look like they love their job and had a smile to boot. Bathroom very clean and reception area clean ans well temperature for all to be comfortable. Great job manager you hired a great team and thank you for your outstanding extra mile runs of the mill. I had an excellent experience at Firestone today! I arrived early in the morning with a nail in my tire, hoping they could take a quick look. Despite their busy schedule, they assisted me right away and had me in and out within 20 minutes.
