Fireblade Performance Introduce

Welcome to Fireblade Performance, your local Auto Repair Station situated at 1706 N Chester Ave in Bakersfield, CA 93308, USA. You can reach us at (661) 324-6000 or our mobile number +1 661-324-6000. Operating within the Auto Repair Stations category, Fireblade Performance appears to specialize in motorcycle repair, with a notable emphasis on vintage and classic motorcycles, based on customer reviews. While the business operates as a repair station providing services, the reviews also touch upon aspects that might involve the sale or ordering of specific motorcycle parts.

Based on the limited information and customer reviews, describing the precise environment of Fireblade Performance is challenging. However, we can infer some characteristics. A motorcycle repair shop, particularly one that works on vintage and classic bikes, would likely have service bays equipped with specialized tools and equipment for motorcycle maintenance and repair. Given the positive review mentioning a recommendation from a local Triumph dealership, it's possible the shop has a professional and organized workspace conducive to working on high-value and often delicate classic motorcycles. The negative review, however, paints a picture of a less professional "hack garage," indicating a potential inconsistency in customer experiences or perceptions of the shop's environment.

As an Auto Repair Station focused on motorcycles, Fireblade Performance offers services related to the maintenance and repair of these vehicles. The positive customer review explicitly mentions work on "old-school classic motorcycles," including a 1969 BSA and a Triumph 69' Trophy TR25W. The successful repair of the Triumph, which was reported to be "purring again" with "No leaks," suggests expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues in vintage motorcycles. The recommendation from a local Triumph dealership further implies a recognized capability in working on these types of bikes. This suggests that Fireblade Performance offers services such as engine repair, tuning, parts replacement, and potentially restoration work for classic motorcycles.

Conversely, the negative review describes an experience involving the ordering of a motorcycle tank that resulted in the customer receiving an incorrect and overpriced item that was never installed. This review raises concerns about parts ordering accuracy, pricing transparency, and overall customer service in at least one instance. The mention of a business name change also adds an element of uncertainty. It's important to consider both perspectives when evaluating the services provided by Fireblade Performance.

The features of Fireblade Performance, as perceived through the lens of the customer reviews, present a mixed picture. A significant positive feature appears to be the expertise of the owner, Rob, in working on vintage and classic motorcycles. The recommendation from the local Triumph dealership underscores this specialization and suggests a level of recognized skill within the motorcycle community. The successful repair of the Triumph with no leaks further highlights their mechanical abilities with older bikes. This focus on vintage motorcycle enthusiasm and old-school mechanics seems to be a key differentiator.

However, the negative review points to serious potential issues, including inaccurate parts ordering, alleged overcharging, lack of installation, and poor communication. The claim of a business name change due to unspecified reasons also raises questions about the shop's history and practices. These conflicting accounts suggest that while Fireblade Performance may possess specialized skills in vintage motorcycle repair, there might be inconsistencies in their service quality or business practices that potential customers should be aware of.

Currently, there is no promotional information available for Fireblade Performance in the provided data. Motorcycle repair shops sometimes offer seasonal specials, discounts on specific services, or promotions related to parts or accessories. To inquire about any current promotions or to discuss specific repair needs for your motorcycle, contacting Fireblade Performance directly at (661) 324-6000 is recommended. Given the contrasting customer experiences, it might be beneficial to ask for references or seek further testimonials before committing to significant repairs or parts orders.

In conclusion, Fireblade Performance in Bakersfield, CA, operates as an Auto Repair Station specializing in motorcycle repair, with a notable focus on vintage and classic models. While one customer review praises the owner, Rob, for his knowledge and successful work on classic motorcycles, including a recommendation from a Triumph dealership, another review details a highly negative experience involving an incorrect and overpriced parts order and poor customer service. This stark contrast in feedback suggests that potential customers should exercise caution and consider their specific needs and the type of motorcycle they own when deciding whether to utilize Fireblade Performance. If you own a vintage or classic motorcycle, the positive review indicates a potential expertise in this area. However, it would be prudent to thoroughly discuss your repair needs and expectations with the shop and potentially seek additional references to ensure a satisfactory experience.

For local users in Bakersfield, CA, seeking motorcycle repair services, particularly for vintage or classic bikes, Fireblade Performance at 1706 N Chester Ave presents a potentially knowledgeable option. However, due to the significant negative feedback regarding parts ordering and customer service, we strongly recommend contacting them directly at (661) 324-6000 to discuss your specific needs in detail and to gain a clear understanding of their processes and pricing. It may also be beneficial to seek additional recent reviews or testimonials to get a more comprehensive picture of their current service quality and business practices before entrusting them with your motorcycle.

Fireblade Performance Customer Reviews

The worst motorcycle shop I’ve ever went to is more of a hack garage order to tank like over 2 month and a half for it when I got it it was a dinky tank for a Little mini scooter this place sucks I would never go there again the guys a liar. Guy charges way too much. I paid $600 for a small dinky tank that he didn’t install. Didn’t even get hardware the tanks actually sitting in my garage it’s been over a year and a half is just sitting there. They changed Business names because who knows why don’t never go there I ordered a motorcycle tank, not a toy tank I looked up the tank that he purchased for me. It was like $150 tank guy is a crook.

Wow! I've been searching for a good knowledgeable motorcycle repair shop to work on my old-school classic motorcycles. I was recommended by the local Triumph Dealership that Fireblade works on most vintage bikes and Rob the owner is the best. I stopped by Fireblade, liked what I saw and now I'm arranging to bring Fireblade my 1969 BSA to get worked on. Thank goodness for Vintage Motorcycle enthusiast and old school machanics. March 2022 - Got back to riding my Triumph 69' Trophy TR25W after the Fireblade Crew got it purring again and remarably No leaks. Great job and many thanks 👍.

This place was recommended by a friend. I contacted them about getting some tires mounted for my KLR. When I arrived I was a little hesitant because it seemed like a Harley place, but the crew there is really laid back and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future if needed.

Wanted a tire mounted and balanced. With a place like this, I wanted to call ahead of time to make sure he was open. The phone range maybe 6 times before a machine picked up. I don’t like leaving messages at places-of-business, so i called back in an hour. Same thing. I called back for 3 more days, a few times a day. No answer. This was the number on his business card. I don’t think he NEEDS your business. Or maybe just people he knows? Anyway - I found another mechanics card on my bike and went there. The difference in professionalism was night and day. Glad he didn’t answer the phone - it can be tough finding a good bike mechanic

Definitely would not recommend this place. Waste of my money. I was told to go see them because they was fair and honest. Got some work done on my bike, charged for things I didn't authorize and still I returned because I thought he did what he did in good faith. we'll, 800 miles later and now the compensator he replaced made the same noise he warned me about. now he's saying it's normal.... and won't work on it. told me to take it to Harley....I've contacted BAR. Performed unauthorized work and charged me for it. Carb work: Left the choke cable loose, the throttle boot and brake boot loose. Adjusted the primary without my authorization to. Charged me for the gasket. Primary cover/ compensator work: Quoted me one price, didn't want to wait for(I'm going on vacation) new parts so he used, used ones. Ordered a different primary cover because the other one was on back order. Same issue: Loud think when starting bike, called Will, he told me he won't honor his warranty of 12 months, take it somewhere else. Unprofessional, shotty work.
