A total scam I had gotten a $7,000 car from city motors 2 months ago and within a week of getting the car the car just started shutting down for no reason. We assumed it was the battery so we bought a new one but the car kept shutting down Come to find out they didn’t put the right connectors to the battery on the car so they “hammered” in the connectors and Alissa said it was all good. Well a week after that 2 of my tires blew when I was driving on the interstate. So I went down to their shop again to get new tires like they told me I could do. I show up and the lady at the front desk says I was too late by 5 minutes. When they told me to come in the first place. So I had to buy 2 new tires for the car. Wellllll a week after doing that the car started making rocking sounds and then completely shut down again. They had to tow it to their shop and they just told me I have to buy for a whole new engine for the car. When I just gotten it. I talked to the manger and asked if there’s anyway they can fix my car as I haven’t even made 3 payments for it yet. And she said no it’s not looking like it in my favor and I’ll have to pay for the engine. When I mentioned about getting a lawyer involved she hung up on my face. They scammed me out of all that money and now I’m taking Ubers to get my son to daycare and me to work. Don’t get a car from them unless you want to spend more money fixing it then you do with monthly payments. And on top of that they are charging me $230 every 2 weeks for a car that doesn’t even work. I don’t know how they can look you in the face and tell you it’s a reliable car. And then tell you your shit out of luck when it’s not

They took my truck this morning and I have been current and up to date with my payments since I brought my truck out the lot but on October 20-2024 they credit card people machine messed up my account and every sense then it's been messing up and changing the dates and payment amounts every month since then and claiming they haven't received my money when I have the receipts to every payment since I brought my truck wether I paid online or in cash and I'm update on my payments and they still took my truck and been giving me the run around about someone looking into it and giving me my truck back and by law you can't do that I definitely don't recommend getting a vehicle from them at all

I went here an a white lady name April she's rude disrespectful I'm trying to explain to her about what's going on she start yelling I don't know what's her problem she does not need to be working with customers she has no respect are people skills she thinks she knows what she talking about an don't now if I would've cuss her out bad I would've been the bad guy she needs to be fired she needs to learn respect manners morals how to talk to people some of these people have bad days an bringing there personal problems to work an taking it out on people that's wrong if you don't like your job find another one I feel that these people are racist what they don't realize ain't nobody scared of them this place needs to be shut down

One of the most savage business people I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE. They don't check cars before selling them. They don't check AT ALL. If the car breaks down they have an auto shop in house but the possibility of them not fixing your problem and still charging you for labor and a part you didn't need isn't low. God forbid they have to repo the vehicle. They will steal everything out of the car and smile in your face when asked about your missing stuff knowing it's in their pockets. THEY STEAL!!!!

Receptionist is rude and unprofessional and doesn't even understand what she's is talking about. Manager had to come fix her mistake on top of that she has made several racist comments over the phone do not recommend

Come in acting ghetto and don't pay on time you will get poor service. when you buy something from someone online you can't call them and tell them they need to fix every problem for free and you have to be able to afford the full amount upfront, Fetts is nice enough to help you get you in something cheap. thank you April for always going to work and reaching for the stars with your customer service, along with the rest of the team.

Repoed my car over 2 weeks ago and on the 10th of May 2025 they took 517.50 out of my account and the office don't answer the phones called a lot they said that they would have some contacting me shortly and still haven't heard from them that was over 2 hours ago
