Scott (SM) was able to accommodate our Ferrari the same day we dropped it off and turned around repairs and a complete inspection within 24 hours and was generally a complete joy to work with. They even shuttled my wife back home after she dropped it off and answered every question that I had upfront ! Cannot recommend enough !

I currently own 2 Ferrari’s, 675LT Mclaren, 2017 Lamborghini Roadster, 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo, I could go on. I’m no stranger to service visits. I know what should be expected and what is unacceptable. It’s common sense to believe if you’re sold a part through Ferrari authorized dealer, you will receive a part that properly fits your Ferrari. If not, dealership is required to disclose client of fitment issues beforehand. I’ve been through this service department multiple times with 3 different Ferrari’s. Same lousy experience. Whether it’s scratching my paint and or carbon fiber, or staining the carpets, or attempting to scam me into purchasing parts that do not properly fit a Ferrari. They’ve been consistently bad. If called out concerning damage caused by dealership, they will try to fix it if you notice damage at pick up. Dealership is currently holding my money hostage for part ordered and misrepresented to fit my model. Unfortunately, time is money. My time has been wasted at this service center for the last time. I’ve received much better service for much better rates elsewhere. Stay away!
