First, I brought my 2007 Cadillac SRX to Fenkell and after taking a look at it, they told me that they couldn't even hoist it up to look at the undercarriage because the entire frame was completely rusted through, and the vehicle looked like it was going to break in half. I had JUST bought it from a dealership last July, so it should NOT have been that bad (it wasn't from me driving it). Turns out, I was sold a car that had flood damage. Yay. -_- Anyway, fast forward to this Monday (4/7/25), I brought a 2016 Buick Encore in for inspection BEFORE I bought it, since I wasn't allowed to take the Cadillac in to be inspected before buying it (big mistake). They inspected the Buick and told me it was a great purchase as far as used vehicles go. It did need a front end alignment, so thanks to Fenkell, I talked the price of my new Buick down an extra $100 at the dealership. :-) Then, after I bought it, I immediately brought my new ride to the amazing team at Fenkell to perform the alignment, which they did seamlessly. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Fenkell because they have outstanding customer support and Kevin and Joe are great at explaining things. I love this place and will be a loyal customer for life! P.S. Attached is a picture of my new 2016 Buick Encore, which I only bought because Fenkell approved it! :-)

I've been taking our fleet vehicles here for over 3 years. First off the turn around time is great, never more than couple days, we all need are cars back as soon as possible and they seem to understand that. They have multiple bays so they can accommodate many vehicles at once. The work and prices are on par with your average garage, never had any issues. Staff is polite and helpful.

Fenkell always do a great job serving my RV every spring, oil change, chassis systems check, generator service, even go the extra mile and clean cab carpets! Great staff and service!
