Fender Mender Collision Center, LLC

No one looks forward to needing the services of a collision shop and most don't know who is good and who is not. Unfortunately I recently was in the position but thankfully due to a referral from the good people at Saline Auto Repair, I selected Fender Mender Collision for my repairs. My experience with Fender Mender was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. As a bonus I was pleased to see the interior of my truck detailed when I picked it up. Thank you for the great overall service.

Quick service and the cheapest quote around town. We were also able to schedule our service faster than any place in Ann Arbor. We didn't go though insurance and they worked with us on the work that needed to be done. Great referrals from coworkers too. Highly recommend Fender Mender!!

Hands down the best collision center/body shop I have ever worked with. The owner Damon was able to answer all of my questions regarding my estimate and the claim process with the insurance company. Taylor was extremely helpful during the entire process, from estimate to reaching out to the insurance company and providing all information I had requested. They went above and beyond to ensure this process went smoothly and without any hiccups. They were able to accommodate my date of pick up when an unexpected issue arised. From how my car looked dropping it off to when I picked it up, it was a complete 180. Felt like I was buying a brand new car off a dealership lot. Not only is the customer service amazing, so is the quality of the repairs they provided. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any body work that may need to be done.

This shop is the best! They perfectly fixed my car and paid a lot of attention to detail. They even went as far as ordering my decals off Amazon and replacing those. They also cleaned my mats. My car looks better than when I brought it in! So grateful, thank you guys!!

Extremely disappointed in this place. I was very clear that I did not want to replace my rear bumper—just to have it fixed. Despite this, they still quoted me $1,200 for a full bumper replacement and paint repair. It feels like they didn’t listen at all. I expect a shop to respect my requests and provide options, not push unnecessary repairs. I went to the shop down the road, and they fixed the bumper for free… Would not recommend this business based on my irritating and pricy experience.
