Fat Boy Customs Introduce

Fat Boy Customs, located at 5135 Camino Al Norte Unit 274, North Las Vegas, NV 89031, USA, operates within the broader category of "Auto Repair Stations," which typically includes businesses that sell auto parts and provide related services. The company can be reached via phone at (702) 438-2004 or mobile phone +1 702-438-2004. Based on available public information, this introduction will aim to provide an objective overview of the business, focusing on aspects that have been highlighted by customer experiences.

When considering the environment of Fat Boy Customs, the provided customer reviews primarily detail experiences related to its online ordering process and communication channels rather than the physical storefront. There is no information available regarding the aesthetics, cleanliness, or layout of a potential physical location, nor details about parking or accessibility. The customer feedback predominantly focuses on the digital interaction with the business, including its website functionality and responsiveness via email and phone. Therefore, any description of the "environment" must be limited to the perceived online operational environment, which, based on the reviews, suggests a lack of active communication and order fulfillment.

As an auto parts store operating under the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, Fat Boy Customs would be expected to offer a range of goods for sale, primarily auto parts. The customer reviews specifically mention the ordering of "exhaust kits," indicating that specialized performance or custom parts may be part of their inventory. The typical services provided by businesses in this category might also include installation of purchased parts, general vehicle maintenance, or custom fabrication work. However, the provided customer feedback does not detail any services rendered, focusing instead on the challenges encountered during the purchasing process. This suggests that the primary mode of interaction for the reviewers was through online ordering and direct communication attempts rather than in-person service or installation requests. The nature of "customs" in the business name might imply a specialization in custom vehicle modifications or parts, but concrete details about the scope of their product offerings or services beyond the mentioned exhaust kits are not available from the given information.

Regarding the features of Fat Boy Customs, the available information highlights several critical aspects, particularly concerning its online operations and customer service. One customer reported ordering two exhaust kits, with the charge appearing as a "temporary hold" on their credit card. This temporary hold eventually dropped after "6 business days," and the order status on the website remained "processing." Another customer also experienced a similar issue, where the charge was taken from their banking account without receiving a confirmation or shipping information. A significant feature, or rather a lack thereof, is the reported difficulty in communication. Customers attempting to reach Fat Boy Customs via email found that the "email bounces," and the "contact us" function on the website did not work. Furthermore, phone calls to the provided numbers were met with an answering machine that was "full," indicating an inability to leave messages. This consistent pattern of communication breakdown suggests a critical deficiency in customer support and order fulfillment processes. The expectation for any online auto parts store is seamless order processing, clear communication, and reliable delivery, none of which appear to have been met in the instances described by the customers.

In terms of promotional information, there is no explicit data available to describe any ongoing sales, discounts, or marketing campaigns from Fat Boy Customs. Typically, businesses in the "Auto Repair Stations" category might promote their competitive pricing, unique parts inventory, specialized services, or customer loyalty programs. However, the provided reviews do not offer any insight into such promotional efforts. Instead, the customer feedback serves as an indirect form of information, highlighting significant issues that prospective customers should be aware of. The reviews convey a strong sense of disappointment and a lack of trust, with customers explicitly stating their intent to "not be using them in the future." This negative sentiment, while not promotional in the traditional sense, acts as a cautionary advisory to local users and potential online shoppers. It underscores the importance of reliable order processing and responsive customer service for businesses operating in the auto parts sector. The absence of positive testimonials or marketing messages in the provided data means that any objective introduction must primarily focus on the documented customer challenges rather than any advertised benefits or features.

In summary, Fat Boy Customs, located in North Las Vegas, appears to be an auto parts vendor, with specific mention of exhaust kits. However, based on the available customer reviews, there are significant concerns regarding its operational reliability, particularly with online orders and customer communication. Reports indicate issues with charges disappearing, orders remaining in a "processing" state indefinitely, and a complete breakdown in contact methods, including non-functional email, website contact forms, and a full answering machine. These reported experiences suggest that potential customers should exercise caution when considering purchases from this business. The information provided does not offer details about the physical environment or other specific services, focusing entirely on the challenges faced during the ordering and communication process.

Fat Boy Customs Customer Reviews

Ordered 2 exhaust kits. After 6 business days the temporary hold on my credit card dropped. Email bounces, contact us doesn't work, answering machine says it's full. If you're closed, take your website down and quit letting people put in orders and then the charges just disappear. Oh and my order still says "processing" if I put in my info on the website. Very disappointing.

Ordered a product from this company. Never received a confirmation but the charge was taken out of my banking account, never received shipping information. Tried to call 4+ times and emailed the company with no return. Will not be using them in the future.

Placed an order. It never shipped. They never responded to any emails answered the phone or returned my calls. Do not order from them. It's just a scam website.
