Fast Break Oil Change

Went in to have my oil changed on my lunch break & the guys had me in & out within 15 minutes. I had called before going & the guy on the phone was very polite. People who did oil change were friendly, speedy & efficient. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs an oil change. I believe they offer more services as well but don't quote me on that. Give them a call and I'm sure they'll be super friendly & informative.

I have been here plenty of times in my mitsubishi outlander and received excellent service with good prices. However, when I went the last two times in my fird fusion, I was charged an extra $15 to remove the plate under the car to get to the oil pan and filter. I thought it was what to expect on this car. Today, I went somewhere else for the oil change and was not charged for that. And, the service was better. I will never return here for any type of service, and I suggest you don't either.

Today I went there to get my oil changed . I've been getting it changed there for 2 years. I got there at 1047 in the morning and this guy was so rude to me telling me they were going to lunch I asked before 11? Yea get out of the bay...so rude. I went and got it changed some where else. I went to lunch across the street but before decided to pull over and talk to someone about it. Again I've had my oil changed there for 2 years...2 cars. The manager said he'd address it but he was almost equally as rude.i try to visit local but this was hella bad experience after 2 years of going there.

I had a great experience with an inspection and oil change. Was guided into the lobby which was very comfortable and had a restroom in there that was very clean.Very pleased with my first visit ever.

I ALWAYS go here to get my oil changed! ALWAYS! Customer service has ALWAYS been great and has ALWAYS been amazing, up until today. Theres this new guy there and he was so freaking rude and disrespectful. Made comments about how I need to wash my car, made negative comments, made me feel very uncomfortable and not good. I could've gotten out my vehicle and cursed him slam out! I wanted to. I'm there for an oil change. No one needs to be worried about how my car looks or making negative comments. It has NOTHING to do with my oil change. Then when I pull off he mentions me needing to go get it washed again and so hopefully I have enough money to do so. EXCUSE ME?! I have ALWAYS gone here like I mentioned earlier and I've never been treated with nothing but respect until today! I wish I knew the piece of craps name. He was the black guy that was there. Everyone has always been nice and no one has ever talked down to me when I go, or have been negative. I will find another place to go and will NEVER go here again!
