Faria Trailers Inc. and the manager Rick Santos and his crew of employees do great work and helped me out tremendously. I had a damaged hitch receiver on my diesel pusher bus and they fixed it with no problems. Rick guaranteed he could get it done and in a few days I was back in business. I am here in Tulare area just for 2 weeks and I will be leaving with a hitch much more sturdy and reliable than I had before. Thank you to Rick and the other employees who helped out. I appreciate and will spread the recommendation to anyone needing help or work on their trailers for repair. Skilled employees at welding and highly recommend this business. Friendly environment and listen to customers concerns as well as making you feel welcome. Definite five stars.

I had a leaf spring fail on our RV Toy Hauler today while over 1,500 miles from home. We limped into the parking lot at Faria and were met with super friendly and supportive folks. They had the part we needed and with their help, we were back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks guys!!

The lady in customer service department,she said that my trailer will be fixed in one day and it wasn’t truth, it not even gets checked until the 3rd day that happened because I call them a few times and finally the owners spoked with me! And he did it that day , I believe isn’t owners fault,but his office attendant lied to me!!

These guys used to be good. I have been buying my trailer parts from these guys for over 5 years. I can tell you the customer service has been in a decline for the last two years. I needed an axle that they have in stock today and I told them I’m on my way I’ll be there in 30 min. This at 4:00 in the afternoon. He then told me he would be closed at 4:45 even though the posted store hours say they they close at 5:00. I then asked if he could just run my credit card and leave the axle outside the gate. He was not willing to do this I arrived at 4:31 and the place was closed! It is now 4:45 as I’m writing this on a Friday afternoon Needless to say I’m pissed!
