Family Ford has changed over the years. I will never buy a car or have my car service again with them. I feel them don't care about their customers concern. If you question them about a service done with them, they get very annoyed. I hope that the business takes this as a concern to look at their employees' way of acting toward their customers. And also how to improve their service department.

They just throw new parts at problems and don’t properly diagnose issues. They tried to sell me a $1600 headlight unit replacement when a qualified independent shop was able to diagnose a wiring issue in under 3 hours.

I have now had my vehicle at family ford in netcong for just shy of three weeks with zero upheld commitments to assessment promised dates and not an offer of a loaner vehicle. As a parent of three young children, this has been one of the most inconvenient and inconsiderate experiences having to move around car seats between family vehicles, and borrowing vehicles from neighbors and family to support school and work commutes. We have now been given three dates that we were told it would be looked at with a call back update and they haven't gotten in touch without us following up first. They have also not had the slightest regard to apologize for the duration or lack of follow up or inconvenience. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend their customer service / service team to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with my last experience. I’ve been a customer for over two years, but Miguel’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable. He was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined my perception of the service. I did not like the way he treated me at all, and honestly, after this, I’m never coming back. It’s unacceptable for someone like that to be dealing with customers.

they have been consistently reliable, i wouldn't trust anywhere else with my car! extremely fair pricing and quick service, and super helpful in notifying me on future repairs. always super honest as well. i appreciate everyone in the service department for taking good care of my car! all in all i recommend to anyone who needs genuine good service!
