I have been scammed by the garage owner for a repair that wasn’t suppose to be done. I went for an inspection with my 4 year old daughter who was sick and just wanted to get it done since I had a day off from work. As a single mother, I was shocked to hear that my breaks are failing and soon there will be oil drainage that can cause an accident. As being a protective mom, I did not notice that I was being scammed when he said I have to pay $795 upfront for the brakes, and rotters including tire alignments. I told him that I got my y Tires done a few months ago and they are my brand new tire that I got from a really good auto shop but he said it had nothing to do with the tires. A few minutes later, he comes out and said that he also check the front breaks and it’s the same situation with them. He is only charging me $655 for that and that will not include taxes and other charges. I had no idea what was going on. When I got up from where I was sitting and turned around, they already had my car lifted in the air. I just didn’t know what to do or how to manage thinking that car repairs are expensive and it is one of those things where I have to pay the price for the safety of my kids. I stood there with my 4 year old who was not well and constantly complaining of nausea. Her head was already warm. Mr. Khan (owner) told that it will take 45 min but it actually took him almost 2 hours. Of course he was also trying to add his labour in those charges. Once I came home, took care of my daughter, and happen to share the story with my family member. My brother and I gave Mr. Khan a call and made attempts to speak to him. He never picked up the phone. We even called him yesterday and my brother confront him asking for those charges. He gave us 3 different stories trying to convey us about the repairs.when I requested for the old parts, he said he disposed them. I went to my former workshop and notice that my former mechanic did check the break during engine oil change in July, 2024. The wheel alignment were also done 11/20/2023. Please have a look at the attachment. I check the reviews of the man who did this to me and he has scammed many others like me with the similar issues.

I came in for a wheel alignment. Price is negotiable, they will try to rip you out and will go down until you agree to do it. You won’t get any report that they did it, they said printer doesn’t work. They have no idea what to do, like never saw a car before. No English, very nasty and unprofessional people!!! Go anywhere else!

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Same issue that everyone else had. I came in for my emissions inspection, waited 30 mins and was then told I needed a wheel alignment in order to pass and it would cost me $195 in total. After repeatedly saying that I would just take my car to my dealership to get that done, the guy finally said he’ll “pass me” and it would be $40 but to “get it fixed right away.” I should’ve read the reviews before coming to this place. Do yourself a favor and go to the shell gas station down the block if you need an emissions test. This place is a scam.

Soo I know there is a lot of one review but I came here to fix my right front tire that was low and when they put it up on the machine I saw that my left one was also damaged and had asked about it, they where able to replace it quickly, fix the alignment and replace my brakes he showed me everything that he took off and put in and explained to me why. They had fixed a clinking sound that was there for months and no dealer previously seemed to know what was wrong with it or tried to fix it. The owner was honest, patient (due to bad past experience) and the pricing was very reasonable for everything that was done.

Scammer, Stay away. I went to have NY state inspection. He intentionally cut one of front end rod of my lexus and told me it was broken. He will say "money is nothing, safety matters" and will rip you off. He ripped off $1150. He quotes everything verbally, and when I asked for receipt, he wrote it in piece of napkin. do not trust this guy. Stay away.
