Went in for a battery replacement and they did not bother to reset my cars computer. All the service lights were going crazy. They said I needed to pay for the diagnostic check. That should have been included with the battery change. Went to Aamco and got my computer reset. So disappointed with Ford. Won't be buying another Ford when this is the service you get.

Don't go here if you want your vehicle back in a timely manner. I brought my new truck with only 5100 miles on it in for a massive transmission leak. When I dropped it off on a Monday, I was told to expect a diagnosis the following day. They didn't even begin looking at it until the end of Friday. Ford themselves were stayIng on top of the situation and calling the shop thankfully. It wasn't until 23 days later that I got a call saying they found yet another problem and it'll take some more time to repair. I had enough and said I'm filing a lemon law claim. Magically, I got a call not long after saying they got my repairs all finished up. The guy at the desk at me about the claim to verify it was true. Sure sounds to me like Ford had to call the shop and tell them to stop dawdling. Ford probably noticed that lemon law claims are usually approved once the vehicle has been in the shop for 30 days. Of course they don't have loaners, so I had to put nearly 400 dollars upfront for a rental while they took their time determining if it was covered under my warranty. I told the shop during this process that I live in the mountains and am expecting snow. The rental I was given wasn't equipped to deal with rough conditions and I was effectively trapped in my home with a 4 month old baby. That didn't seem to inspire any kind of hustle in their work. After all that nonsense, when I finally get my truck back, they didn't even bother to give it a quick spray down or anything. They gave it back to me even dirtier than how I left it. Unbelievable, I will never be taking a vehicle here again. I don't care that I didn't pay a dime for the repairs in the end, this was some of the worst service I've ever received from a mechanic. UPDATE: AND MY TRUCK STILL ISN'T FIXED! NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER AND THERES ANOTHER LEAK.
