This place made me feel embarrassed & upset. I had a worker by the name of Juan service my car. It started off with him breaking a part of my trunk (the latch) while retrieving the lock for the lugs. I spoke to the manager about it & he took care of that, said he would order me a new part so let’s hope that’s true. Once my vehicle was done I walked over to check out my tires. It looked off to me but I truly couldn’t think of what could be the problem. As I was looking I had a group of worker's just looking over and laughing but I came to the assumption of why they were laughing && it was because the worker placed my tires in a offset position. I didn’t know till my co worker explained it to me. They knew what they did wrong & they just laughed it up. I know nothing about cars so that was very embarrassing for me because I felt dumb like I should know these things. Your going to tell me they really didn’t know what they were doing! How do you accidentally put the front tires in back and the back in front !? I had to take my vehicle back so they can fix their “mistake” although I was too embarrassed & upset I sent one of my male friends because I truly did not want to go back there myself. Yet my friend gets there and they apologize to him saying they don’t know how that happened and the guy who did it was a pendejo. I won’t say anything negative of the pricing or wait time but I will say their workers are unprofessional. I hope no other women has to go through this same situation.

Thanks so much Gabriel! The reviews don't lie! They gve me the best price. $85 for a new tire! I was here for about a hour but it was worth it. I arrive at 7:26 and there was already a line so long. But that told me they must be good. They were. So heres what you do you pull into the long line and then u get out your car to pay for whatever u need. It was super easy. Then u wait. They also sold me the lock part for my tire for only $10

Randy and the owner are very helpful. Whenever you call and give them the size of your tire, they’ll give you the price for the lowest quality (new tire) but better quality tires are a bit more expensive. Still in my opinion one of the best tire shops in all of LA as far as price and service. They are fast, when you get a full set of tires they also do free rotations (not sure how many times) and change the stems or valves as well. The office opens at 7am but the guys working and doing the work start at 7:30am so be aware of that. I drive from Marina Del Rey because they have the best deals on tires in my opinion.

I was very disappointed at the customer service and quality of used tires. Bought two tires and seconds after leaving my car buckles as the tires was installed wrong and had damage on the side wall. The price was low but so was the quality of the tire and customer service.
