Worse people to talk to. Towed my car from my stall and hung up on me when I wanted details. Smh. After arriving, the gentleman in the office was really understanding and accommodating. He took care of me in less than 10 min. It was the lady on the phone they need to either train or find a non-customer interaction role for.

On October 28, 2023 F & M illegally towed my vehicle. The answering system doesn't have lots of information on why and refers to call on Monday during business hours. After 6 hours of calling and getting Campbell PD and San Jose PD involved with property manager and business owner, F & M still wasn't listening. This company is evil. They towed my car, broken my tire. The driver asks me for $240 cash right in the parking lot without giving me receipt. The tire is cut a big hole by their towe truck. And the rim is damaged.

It's never a good experience to have your car towed. But Paul of F&M Towing came smiling, with good humor to diffuse the situation, and with kindness. The vehicle was towed quickly, professionally, kept safe on the F&M yard, and we were treated with patience and compassion. Another towing company came to take the vehicle away further, and forgot to take the car keys. Paul personally delivered the key to me within 2 hours, going out of his way to meet me. Thank you guys for making a bad situation better!

Edit: I’m not even the one with warrant but okay. Go off sir. You literally can’t say I’m wrong with my review because the only argument you have is the warrant. You have a weak argument because all you can do is attack me personally. Let me define what an ad hominem is for you. “an ad hominem fallacy uses personal attack rather than logic”. Clearly your response just shows how this company is ran. Having your car towed is always a stressful situation. The owner or whoever this man was awful. We were trying to tell him how much the lady quoted us on the phone (which was like an $300 difference) and he started screaming at us . I told him to not to raise his voice at us and he said he was just telling us. No sir you were screaming at us. He was mad he had to come in on a Saturday . Sir isn’t this your business sorry that as a business owner you have to do your job. I total him he wasn’t giving good customer service and he said he did not care about that. Next thing his driver tried to get involved in a conversation that did not even involved him. Overall experience was awful just to pick up a car. These places are total scams. Hopefully you don’t get your car towed by this company. Don’t own a business if you can’t treat people with respect
