Extreme Online Store Introduce
Extreme Online Store, often referred to as EOS, operates from its address at 30973 Santana St, Hayward, CA 94544, USA, and can be reached via phone at (510) 694-0838 or +1 510-694-0838. While the platform categorizes it under "Auto Repair Stations," it functions primarily as an auto parts store, specifically an online retailer specializing in automotive aftermarket parts and accessories. This distinction is crucial, as the business focuses on selling and shipping parts rather than providing direct vehicle repair services at a physical shop. Their product offerings include a wide array of exterior and interior components, often geared towards performance and aesthetic enhancements for various vehicle makes and models, particularly for popular sports cars and performance vehicles like Corvettes, Camaros, Mustangs, and others.
As an online store, the "environment" of Extreme Online Store is primarily digital. Their business model emphasizes e-commerce, with a website serving as the main storefront for customers to browse and purchase parts. While a physical address is provided, it typically functions as a warehouse or administrative office rather than a traditional walk-in retail space or an auto repair bay. The customer experience, therefore, heavily relies on the website's usability, the accuracy of product descriptions and images, and the efficiency of their shipping and customer service channels.
Extreme Online Store's core services revolve around the sale and distribution of automotive aftermarket parts. They offer a diverse catalog of products, including:
- Aerodynamic and Body Kit Components: This is a significant part of their inventory, featuring items such as front lip splitters, side skirts, rear spoilers, diffusers, and fender flares. These parts are often made from materials like ABS plastic, fiberglass, or carbon fiber, catering to customers looking to enhance their vehicle's aggressive styling or improve its aerodynamic performance.
- Splash Guards and Mud Flaps: Practical accessories designed to protect the vehicle's paintwork from road debris.
- Grilles and Vents: Replacements or enhancements for vehicle grilles and intake vents.
- Window Visors and Deflectors: Additions that allow for window ventilation while preventing rain entry.
- Interior Accents: While less detailed, some mentions of interior components like floor mats and carbon fiber trim suggest they also cater to interior customization.
Their product range often targets specific vehicle models, with a notable emphasis on Chevrolet Corvette (C5, C6, C7, C8), Chevrolet Camaro, Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, and Subaru WRX/STI, among others. The company aims to provide parts that can be either direct replacements or aftermarket upgrades, allowing vehicle owners to personalize their cars.
Based on customer reviews, the features and overall customer experience with Extreme Online Store present a mixed picture.
-
Product Variety and Niche Focus: A key feature is their specialized inventory, particularly in performance and aesthetic body modifications for popular sports cars. This caters to a specific segment of the automotive enthusiast market. Many customers come to EOS looking for specific aero parts like splitters and side winglets.
-
Quality and Fitment Concerns: This is a recurring theme in the provided feedback. Customers have reported issues with the quality control of products, noting discrepancies between advertised materials (e.g., "carbon fiber" being only a small portion) and the actual composition of parts. More significantly, fitment problems are frequently mentioned, with customers needing to drill new holes or trim factory components to make parts align, indicating that the "100% fitment guarantee" mentioned on some external sites might not always hold true in practice. This can lead to frustration and additional effort or cost for the buyer.
-
Customer Service Issues: The reviews highlight significant challenges with customer service, particularly concerning returns and problem resolution. Instances of incorrect return labels lacking sufficient insurance coverage for high-value items, or a lack of helpful assistance when product fitment issues arise, suggest difficulties in their post-sales support. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with responses that insist the correct product was sent despite photographic evidence of non-fitment.
-
Pricing and Value Proposition: While not explicitly stated as a feature, the context of customer dissatisfaction suggests that for some, the price point of the products does not align with the perceived quality or the effort required for installation. The offer of a 15% discount for keeping a "horrendous" quality part, for example, did not satisfy a customer who felt the product was unusable.
While direct promotional messaging is not provided in the snippets, the customer reviews serve as a form of indirect promotion, albeit with a strong cautionary tone. The highly negative feedback regarding product quality and customer service acts as a significant deterrent. Phrases like "Buyers Beware," "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE," and "definitely do not recommend Extreme Online Store" are strong indicators of negative customer perception.
In an online retail environment, positive customer reviews and seamless transactions are paramount for building trust and attracting new customers. Conversely, experiences like those described—receiving junk parts, being charged excessive shipping, and facing difficulties with returns and support—can severely damage a brand's reputation and lead to potential buyers seeking alternatives from competitors with better-established reputations for product quality and customer care (e.g., "better name brand like c7carbon or ACS"). The difficulty in resolving issues and the perceived lack of accountability from the store could lead to a decline in customer loyalty and a negative impact on future sales.
The provided information indicates that while Extreme Online Store offers a wide range of automotive aftermarket parts, particularly for performance and aesthetic modifications, potential customers should proceed with caution. The significant concerns raised by multiple customers regarding product quality, fitment accuracy, and the effectiveness of their customer service in resolving issues suggest a need for thorough due diligence before making a purchase.

First and last time ordering from EOS. Ordered the “Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 XL Extended Front & Rear Splash Guard $557”. The quality control is horrendous and they offered me a 15% discount if I kept them. I wouldn’t put these on my Z06 if they were free! Buyers Beware…the “carbon fiber” is only on a small portion of the splash guard and most of the splash guard is composed of a plastic type composite. Then EOS sends a return label which doesn’t come with the required insurance coverage and only the $100 insurance coverage that comes with USPS Priority Mail. So your telling me that EOS charged me $80 to ship to Hawaii, then send me horrendous junk parts, then send me a return label without the required insurance coverage of $550, and then I had to pay $35 for USPS to create a new return label with the sufficient insurance coverage because the USPS can’t add insurance to a prepaid return label is just POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND EXTREME ONLINE STORE for their horrendous quality of products they ship to customers and for the poor customer service that they provide.

I ordered the stage 3 splitter and side winglets from EOS for my 2016 Z06, the splitter fit decent enough some holes were about 1/2inch off so I had to drill new holes in the splitter to line up with the factory holes in the bumper. The real problem with this is the side winglets included with the splitter they do not fit the Z06 AT ALL. They hit the factory fender flares and do not let you mount them flush to the splitter, I emailed EOS with pictures and they insisted I had the right product. This setup clearly fits a stingray c7 maybe but not a Z06 they offered no help or anything and the splitter I got doesn’t look like the ones on the videos on their website I’ll probably not buy from these guys again due to just how bad the fitment is I ended up trimming my factory flares to get them to fit halfway decent but next time I will go with a better name brand like c7carbon or ACS

Extreme Online Store has great customer service along with awesome carbon fiber products. Every associate that has helped me out has been super nice and respectful. This company has great prices for their carbon fiber products no matter the make and model of vehicle. I run all their carbon products on my 2019 CTS-V as well as their exhaust.

I ordered a mustang gt500 bumper conversion and did not fit or line up one bit. The clip on the bumper was also broken when i received it and the box came in terrible condition. Customer support put the blame on me and said i should have inspected it before trying to install it lol. how would i know if the clip was broken if i didn’t try installing it? customer support is a joke in this company. I would not recommend buying a single thing. They won’t even refund me or exchange it for a new one.

Amazing service and part quality is very good for the price. Bought a full carbon fiber aero kit for a C6 Z06 and picked up at the store and they opened everything up so I can look at it and make sure I’m happy with it before paying.
