Drinkers work here I went here once years ago and would never go back. They did my oil and didn't put the cap back on properly so I was dripping oil. Went back for them to fix and they didn't even top me off with the oil I lost cuz of their mess up....the reason why I'm leaving a review now is I literally seen one of the workers go to the citgo/mobile gas station next door and got a shot of alcohol yesterday mid day....if you want them working on your car drunk on the job be my guest but I'll stay away thankyou

It wasn't me personally that just had a vehicle. My father Father did. Work was supposedly done on the car because it wouldn't start. Whatever was done $900 worth and car still didn't start. Wasn't asking for all monies back because work was done. Some money should have been returned to my father because the car didn't start after paying trying to leaving the facility quick oil lube on Canton Center in Canton Mich. Myself or my family will NEVER use any one of the quick lane facilities ever again. I have to give one star. Wish I could give no star.

This was my second visit to this place, the first was without incident. But this time.....WOW! It will be my last!!! After rolling out the rear door I immediately noticed that my truck was shaking and idling very rough. I didn't think too much of it because I was 5400 miles past due for an oil change. I just thought my vehicle was trying to adjust to the new oil. However, it continued that way for another day until I finally checked my oil level the following morning. Holy smoke what a shock......my dip stick was showing my oil level at TWICE the max level!!! I immediately drove back to this place, lucky it is only a couple of blocks away, and they did correct the problem. But, needless to say that will be my last oil change at this clown factory!

They are terrible barely know what they are doing. They blew my engine due to improperly putting the drain plug back in.Refused to pay for damages after verifying that they indeed were the cause of the problem. They have drug addicted people working on your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take a chance at this place. I’m a single mother now out of a vehicle and job due to their negligence.
