Total scam. Calked the listed number and talked to the guy who answered the phone one evening to set an appointment to replace our windshield on a Saturday before a road trip to see family. Great price quoted and decent reviews so we drove from Estes Park and went to the Roosevelt address listed on the website. It was a house. The man living in it said the guy from the phony “auto glass” site used to live at. Thinking perhaps we had the wrong address we called the number only to discover we were blocked. Waste of our only day to get the glass replaced before leaving, now driving with a hazard across country. Don’t waste the time on this scam.

Richard came in below all of the other prices I was quoted from other auto glass supplier/installers and got it done the same day as I called. He was on time, courteous, and did a great job on replacing the windshield in my Tacoma. I would definitely recommend you give him a call if you need glass work. Quality, locally-owned small business are the best, and this guy is reinforcing that idea.

It's been over 5 weeks since we initially scheduled an appointment to get our windshield replaced. We were told that the windshield needed to be special ordered and would require half of the money for the job upfront. No big deal. The day of our appointment came, we were given a 9am-noon window, and he never showed up. He didn't even call, I had to call him. I was told the windshield hadn't been delivered and that it would be there that night so he could do the install the following morning. Again, no problem, but I would have preferred some communication. Saturday morning I wait for him to show up (or call) with no luck. I had to call him again and again informed that the windshield has yet to be delivered. We can either keep waiting for it, or he can give us a refund. We elect for the refund. After a week, we still hadn't received the refund. I called and he said he needed another week to get everything sorted and then we would receive it. Needless to say, we still haven't seen or heard anything since.

Wow, I am so pleased and impressed with how quickly I scheduled and received service for my car. I only reached out yesterday to several auto glass businesses and Experience Auto Glass was so quick to respond and gave me an unbeatable quote. We made the appointment and he showed up at my house today to put my windshield in. He was so professional, courteous and really efficient. From start to finish this was a great experience and I would highly recommend. They definitely offer the lowest price and it comes complete with excellent work.

Richard was awesome. I called all the big names, they would need 6-13 days. Then Richard stepped in and replaced my windshield and rear window on my truck. He was much quicker (2days after the initial call it was completed), same pricing, very quick response time. I have already discussed him fixing another windshield in a few weeks.
