Evolution Machine and Cycle Introduce

Evolution Machine and Cycle, located at 15385 Gaskill Dr NE #1303, Alliance, OH 44601, USA, operates within the platform category of "Auto Repair Stations." This business aims to provide services and goods related to vehicle maintenance and repair, serving the local community in Alliance, Ohio. For inquiries, they can be reached at (330) 823-5454 or via mobile at +1 330-823-5454.

As an auto repair station, Evolution Machine and Cycle positions itself as a destination for individuals seeking assistance with their vehicles. While the name suggests a specialization in "Machine and Cycle," implying a focus on motorcycles and potentially other motorized equipment, the broader category of "Auto Repair Stations" indicates a capacity to handle a range of vehicle types. This would typically include services such as routine maintenance, diagnostics, part replacement, and potentially more complex mechanical repairs.

Regarding the environment of the establishment, details gleaned from publicly available information suggest a workshop setting, typical of an auto repair station. This kind of environment would generally include bays for vehicle work, tools and equipment necessary for various repairs, and a reception area for customer interactions. While specific aesthetic details about the waiting area or shop floor are not readily available, the practical nature of an auto repair station emphasizes functionality and efficiency in handling vehicles.

The services provided by Evolution Machine and Cycle, as an auto repair station, would encompass a variety of offerings. These traditionally include:

  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilizing specialized equipment to identify issues within a vehicle's systems.
  • Routine Maintenance: Services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
  • Brake Services: Repair or replacement of brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake lines.
  • Tire Services: Mounting, balancing, and repair of tires.
  • Engine Repair: Addressing issues related to the engine's performance, components, and overall function.
  • Parts Sales: Supplying various auto and motorcycle parts for repairs or upgrades.

While the extent of these services may vary, the core function of an auto repair station is to keep vehicles in safe and operational condition. The name "Machine and Cycle" might indicate a particular emphasis or expertise in motorcycle repair, which could be a distinguishing feature for riders in the Alliance area.

However, an objective introduction requires acknowledging publicly shared customer experiences, which provide insights into the perceived features and service quality of Evolution Machine and Cycle. Some customer feedback indicates potential areas for improvement regarding service execution and customer communication. One review detailed a situation where a customer was charged significantly more than the initial quote for a rear tire job on a motorcycle. More critically, the same review highlighted a safety concern where a brake linkage was reportedly not tightened, leading to a hazardous situation immediately after leaving the shop. This customer reported having to convince staff about the issue and ultimately receiving only partial accountability and a partial refund, leaving with a damaged swing arm.

Another customer account describes a prolonged diagnostic period for a husband's bike, extending to weeks, followed by a substantial charge for no discernible work. This review also mentioned the shop's alleged refusal to fix a specific part that "all it needed was pressed," with the advice to buy a new one instead. These accounts, while representing individual experiences, suggest inconsistencies in service delivery, pricing transparency, communication, and a willingness to perform certain types of repairs. These customer experiences are critical features that shape the perception of the business within the community.

Given the available information, promotional information or features that would typically be highlighted by the business might include their specialized knowledge in motorcycle repair, particularly for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, as implied by one of the reviews. They might also emphasize their capability as a general auto repair station catering to various vehicle types. However, based on the customer feedback, any promotional efforts would need to address concerns about pricing clarity, thoroughness of work, and customer service. Without direct promotional material from the business, an objective introduction must rely on observed operational aspects and customer interactions.

In summary, Evolution Machine and Cycle operates as an auto repair station in Alliance, OH, offering services and parts for vehicles, with a potential specialization in motorcycles. Its environment is consistent with a typical repair shop. While it aims to provide essential automotive and motorcycle repair services, customer feedback indicates challenges with pricing accuracy, work quality, and customer satisfaction, which are crucial considerations for potential patrons.

Evolution Machine and Cycle Customer Reviews

To start, they charged me twice what was quoted (80$ to 180$) for a rear tire job. Maybe maybe excusable. When I rolled out of the lot, got up to speed, pressed my rear break, the breaks stuck to the caliper, and looped a 180 around the caliper and slammed into my swing-arm. THEY DIDN’T TIGHTEN THE LINKAGE KEEPING MY BRAKE SECURED. This left a foot long metal linkage bar swinging from the bottom of my frame. If this bar connected with a bump on the road, I literally could have totaled the bike depending on what speed I was at. I immediately turned around to go back after figuring out what happened. It took a good 10 minutes of convincing them that I DIDN’T RIDE IT, TO THEIR SHOP, WITHOUT A BOLT IN THE LINKAGE TO BEGIN WITH. I’ve done 150+mph on this bike (there was a bolt in the linkage! Ive never touched it). Eventually I got half ass accountability from the owner, none from the mechanic who stormed out and said I was bullshitting, and 50$ back. Now that it’s over I’ve replaced the break lines, got a proper oem bolt for the linkage, but I’m left with a good half dollar sized dent in my swing arm. Listen I get it, it’s a Harley shop and I brought in a Japanese sport bike. But they said they could do it 🤷‍♂️. If you can’t do the work don’t take the job.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Took forever to look into my husbands bike. I’m talking weeks plus on top of that charged $300 to do nothing to his bike. The one thing he found wrong with it he told him he didn’t like messing with and refused to fix it to either buy a new one or he wasn’t fixing it when all it needed was pressed. To me that’s very unprofessional. If you don’t like fixing a certain part then why do you even have a business? I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else that’s gonna do the job you need done and paid for.

This is old school machine shop in the best way. Also Harley Davidson parts. What a great place. If you need any work done this is the place for high quality work. One man operation and check out his bar stool racers he hand crafts.

Loran worked on my husbands bike getting it ready for riding season. He was very thorough, addressed every issue with us prior to charging us for repairs, and our bike came back looking and sounding better than ever! We will be back here for every single repair or tune-up we need in the future! Thanks Loran!
