I have been taking my BMW 530i to Jaclyn for the last couple of years and I appreciate their excellent service keeping my car running like new. Their prices are very fair and they have even advised me when I don't need more maintenance than necessary. Her service techs are friendly, easy to talk to and explain everything. Plus they always provide me a nice BMW or Mercedes loaner car which is very handy since I am in sales and on the road a fair amount of time. Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service. I highly recommend this business and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.
