I took my car to Euclid Automotive Muffler Shop & Towing an was blown away by the service. They were able to fix my car in just one day, which was such a relief! The team was fast, professional, and incredibly nice throughout the whole process. It’s not often you find a place that makes car repairs such a pleasant experience, but they did just that. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quick, efficient, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs! Thank you so much Mike for your service 10/10 I recommend:)

The owner told me that 6 cylinder engines in GMC vehicles are crap, burn oil, and are unreliable. He charged me $1000.00 to change the front and back break pads and rotors and to replace a flex pipe for my exhaust system that I just had replaced 6 months ago. Then he told me that the oil in my car was 2 quarts low and extremely burnt. I let him know that I haven't seen any oil pooling under my car where I park it, nor have I ever had any engine problems since I bought the car 5 years ago. I get my oil changed regularly, and I use synthetic oil. The shop that changes my oil just changed it 2-3 months ago and according to the shop sticker and mileage on my car, it wasn't time to change my oil yet but, the owner told me that they gave me a "free" complimentary oil change. By the way, they didn't reset the oil mileage counter, which still showed that I had 30% left to go before needing to change it. Then, the owner told me that my battery was bad and I needed a new one because it wasn't holding a charge. I bought that battery 2 years ago, never had any battery issues since then, and the battery is still under warranty. If the battery was bad, I'd take it back to the parts store that I bought it from, and they'd have to give me a brand new one. I had the battery checked a week after I left this shop, and the battery is performing well, as I suspected it would. This shop over charges for work done, does work on the car without prior approval or consent, and lies to customers about work needed to be done. The good things are that so far, my car is still running normally, and they gave me an air freshener to hang up, although I already get them from my car wash for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP WITH THEIR CAR FOR ANY REPAIR WORK. The owner is definitely sheisty there, and it seems like he was trying to line my car up for some expensive and unnecessary repair work in the future. FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP for your repairs, or pay big time for unnecessary work at this shop.

I sent my car in for a starter and found out it needed the gas tank dropped with a bunch of other stuff. The communication was a bit rocky but the owner was more than fair with me and stuck to the original price agreed upon. I was up and rolling in an understandable amount of time. Check him out 👍🏾

I am very satisfied with the work done on my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. I called Thursday and told to bring in to be check before 3:00 pm. I got to the shop at 1:15 pm on Friday was told what was wrong and how much it would cost in less than 30 minutes. My car was fixed 2 hours later like I was told. The service I received was for my check engine light. I will return for future repairs. 🤩 ~Rochelle ~

I got charged $600 to change the alternator of a 2012 f150. This is $150 part You can watch the YouTube video on how to put it in if you want to know how much labor it is. Would not recommend
