Arrived on site with my scheduled service time and had issues from the get-go. I have a warranty And my truck was being seen for missfiring and not running correctly period Maintenance manager acted like it would be a problem and told me that there would be fees associated with warranty and if I had to bring my truck back that there would be additional fees. So basically I bought this warranty for nothing because I wanted to add all these additional fees so I will not be back here ever again I am taking my business to Kevin Whitaker.

If I could give neg 5 stars I would. I will never bring anyone there again to purchase a vehicle or refer them there. My 82 yr mother was here from IN needed a good vehicle so our salesman was Ahmad Abdulraze was nice friendly, so my mom ended up purchase a 2018 chevy equinox. After we get back to my place I was going through the menu button & it said 51%oil life left we was told it had been changed ,if it was it would have said 100% oil life left, after calling them back they said well they just forgot to reset it, don't believe them. But that's the least of it , so on our way to IN this is 2 wks after her purchasing it, we get to NC the engine light comes on & trying to go up hills the speed kept slowing down slower & slower the a alarm comes on & said engine power reducing, so it end up a 2800.00 bill the turbo boost over drive went out. After probably 15 calls to Fred's complaining about this of course got no where. Then was told oh don't worry we take care of transfering the title & registration to IN you don't have to worry about nothing Ha. This car was purchased on 7-26-24 go to IN BMV they have nothing so her I go again calling fred anderson again they kept saying oh your plates are good well IN BMV said they wasn't legal, so after calling & calling finially a nice fellow his name was Derek said you need to talk to Vicki she the title & tag clerk Thank you Derek, so was transfered to her got voicemail left a message ,called back the next day I finially get to talk to her then she said another company bought them out & anyways with all the shuffle my mom's paperwork must got misplaced, so then see sent me to a 3rd party to try & get it . THANK YOU Jessica Cardona out of everyone at fred anderson Jessica is the only one who actually checked into everything& figuring out about the title & registration. Finially all has got changed over to IN, nonow my mom is just waiting on the title & plates today is 9-19-24 never in my life had we ever went through such a mess. And no thanks to fred anderson for none of their help !! Only ones i would Thank is derek, Vicki, & biggest thanks Jessica Cardona

I will never bring my car to Fred Anderson Chevrolet again. I’ll find other mechanics instead if Chevrolet service is this poor. The communication from the service advisor was terrible. I dropped my car off at 7:30am Friday morning and did not receive a call back from the service advisor or from the service manager until 8 hours later. This includes me calling back 3 times ever hour between 1:30pm - 3:30pm. When my advisor finally called back at about 3:40pm, she said it’s because “just received feedback” on the status of my car. She also said it would be $1000 to repair, $800 of which is labor, and they could have it done same day. So about 2 hours worth of work is $800 labor? No thanks. I understand it could have taken several hours to diagnose what’s wrong, but her having zero communication with me for 8 hours is unacceptable behavior and I will take my business elsewhere.

I went to Rick Hovart Chevrolet to collect a "definite" prize they said I'd won as result of matching numbers on the brochure sent to me. I called before going to confirm I'd won, & they insured me that I'd won one of prizes pictured on the brochure. I told them I didn't have the gas or time to waste if there was not a prize. When I got there, after trying to sell me a car, the sales rep said he'd now go get my prize. He came back to me with $5 as a prize🤷🏻‍♀️ I asked if I could have my brochure back, he said no, not unless you give me the brochure. I gave him the $5 back & kept the brochure to show others the trick they were playing to get people there to buy vehicles. I I suppose I was so aggravated by the game they'd played to get me there, I felt compelled to report it to others to save them a trip unless they were actually looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks. Bought my truck here. So far so good. Second service I've had since November. Schedule in advance and you're done in a flash. They went above and beyond on my first service checking the alignment. I just mentioned and observation and they gladly checked it out and tweaked the alignment. No questions
