Always great customer service and hospitality when I visit Eric’s! I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Eric for years. I have moved to Las Vegas and when I need more than routine maintenance I make a trip all the way back to Eric’s for service. That should tell you something! As someone who works in the auto industry I really appreciate his invoicing system. Simple and easy to follow!

This place is always honest, fast, and reliable. I know my car is in good hands with kind, knowledgeable people. I've come here for an issue with my truck, in which they let me know the cheapest option would be to go to the dealership (an honest assessment), and then again recently for a door that wouldn't unlock. The work was done in a day and I'm back on the road. I recommend this shop to everyone.

First of all the place was so clean and filled with welcoming information. The two people working in the office were friendly and helpful. I went in to Eric’s to get a Ca smog check on my car. I was able to get in immediately. I sat down watched a little TV on their big screen TV, read through some emails and boom they were done! If you have to get smog checked in the Fallbrook area this is the place to go! Quick, inexpensive and friendly!

Helped a friend bring her car here. Eric was quick to get us an appointment, quick to diagnose, and honest and efficient with the work done on the vehicle. Priced well too. I always appreciate good honest hard work, and Eric’s seems to provide just that.
