Emerine's Central Auto and Towing

Horrible experience, my truck was a no start called AAA got a tow. My shop specifically ask that I tell the driver to drop it around back of their shop in front of the bay door, so they could easily push the truck in. Only to find out the driver did not listen to my request and gave the guys at the shop a hard time. Telling them he doesn’t get paid for that and he has pushed plenty of vehicles around in his time as a mechanic. The tow driver also said he didn’t know where the bay doors are. Well clearly the bay doors are not in the front of the shop as those are just regular man doors.

Our van had broken down at a gas station. We called and they were professional and sympathetic. The tow truck showed up faster than the estimated time. He was prompt, professional and kind. He got out van towed to our home. The price of the tow was, also, affordable. Great experience all around. I will definitely use them again!

Many thanks for pulling our son's truck out of the ditch in Trumbull county last night! The man was amazing and had a well stuck truck out in less that 10 min- amazing, very professional work. AAA had given them the incorrect location and he stuck with us, thank you!!

I called AAA for help for my wife, I explained to them that I needed a regular type of tow truck, not a flatbed to get her out of a ditch, but the front right wheel needed to be slightly lifted first to avoid damage to my car. The first company they sent which was Emerine's Towing. They had only a flat bed with them, and when she explained to them what the problem was, they said they didn't get any info from AAA about the need for a lift. The guy was irritated with her right away and said, lady, do you want help or not? She told him yes but wanted to avoid damage by just dragging the car out without first lifting the right wheel. He looked at the car then he said he can't do it, and when she questioned why, he said very rudely, I'm not the one who drive my car into a ditch, lady. She told him that was very rude, and he got more agitated with her. She felt like this man treated her with total disrespect and unprofessional. After a few more snide remarks from him, she told him she was calling AAA and did not want him to touch her car. He said "Do you f...ing want me to help you or not. She told him no again, and that she was calling AAA. He then said fine I'm leaving. She asked his name he said Josh, but when she asked his last name, he said I'm not giving you that. She thought they left so she got on the phone to AAA and about 5 mins later the guy was knocking on her window. She opened it, and he then said, we can do the job. She said no, because he was treating her too badly and she didn't trust him. Irritated again, he said look lady I'm trying to apologize. She found that to be a pretty bad way to apologize but did not even want to deal with him, so she just said no you can't touch my car. Emerines towing finally left. After getting AAA to send another tow truck company, the new guy did exactly what was needed and caused no damage to the car. He had a very nice disposition and explained courteously what he was going to do to get it out. We had to use Emerines towing once in the past, and they weren't very friendly then either, but nothing compared to how unprofessional this driver Josh was. I will never use them again, and you shouldn't either, if you don't want to be bullied into damaging your car.

Fantastic service! I was stuck in a ditch during our terrible snow storm and as I was calling around, one of their trucks came to rescue me! Great price and Bret was super friendly and very efficient with getting me out! Thank you!
