Louis is the best service person I have ever had, and I’m 70. He’s patient, answers all of your questions, explains everything in an understandable way. He’s always smiling, and he’s got jokes. Thank you Louis and McGrath staff. Oh, my appointment was at 4 and I had a cancellation. I called and the young lady I spoke to was so kind. She gave me a 12:30 appointment. I also loved talking to the lady that sits in the roundabout on the showroom floor. What a great place! Love that red car.

I made an online appointment for an Oil Change and tire rotation. The day of, we opted to wait for the service and was not dissapointed it was fast, was in and out within 45 minutes. I also know they did the multipoint inspection on my vehicle as I got an email with the recommedations as I waited. I especially LOVE to be heard and not to be pushed additional additional unecessary services, sometimes that is part of getting repeat customers coming back. The lobby area was also spacious and tidy, happy to be serviced at Mc Grath!
