We just had two fantastic guys help us out with a flat on our daughter’s car on the side of Rt.2 in Mentor. They arrived in about 5 minutes. And were fast, professional and super easy to work with. I’m disabled. My husband isn’t able to change tires any more. And my daughter couldn’t do it. Even though the bolts were super stuck, they got them off. And even made sure the spare was inflated and safe. The gentleman who was spotting cars to keep us safe was great. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to drop a quick review and thank your driver for operating his rig like a maniac. I also appreciate your driver merging onto Route 2 at 10:15am, Sunday 8-11-2024, immediately crossing three lanes of traffic, and almost running my entire family with kids in the car off the road. I would drug test all of your employees immediately.

Breakdown in a snow storm on the highway. Could have been disastrous but AAA and elite towing came in less than an hour, kept us informed the whole time and safely got our truck to the dealership. Offered to take us as well but family had arrived. Great emergency service!

When AAA sent out a tow for me, Henry from Elite Roadside showed up very quickly in under 10 minutes. He was not only able to help us out, but he went above and beyond figuring things out considering the condition of the car. But with his expertise , he was able to help us without having to make us wait for a flat bed during this super busy time. Friendly service and great advice! Thanks Henry!

If I could leave 0 stars I would worst service needed a tire change because I caught a flat the tech said it was to tight and couldn’t get it and then he left!
