I forgot his name exactly I think it was Drew? He's an absolute legend. Best tow experience ever. I was gonna be late for school and he saved me after my car broke down. All the best to him and economy tow!

First , I appreciate how quick ANDREW was to arrive to the seen , also was very quick on getting the vehicle out and off the freeway . Also let us hitch a ride back to the yard so we can be picked up by an uber . Very personable and all around great customer service . And even in a tragic event , still somehow got me to laugh and smile even though my Audi was completely wrecked . Thanks again Andrew for helping us out in a time of need.

Writing a review for the service that I’ve received for the first time I’ve ever got my car towed by this company. THIS PARAGRAPH WON’T DO JUSTICE!!! I happened to be one of the most annoying people this company could have on this day blowing up the phone with a bunch of calls with whole bunch of questions all in one day. Scott didn’t give up on me in 4-5 calls but multiple. He helped in every way possible and I truly can’t even describe it in a paragraph. Although the payment cost me leg and a arm BUT it could’ve been worse. Scott, I’ve told you this in person and am letting you know on this little review so everyone can see that its the little things that matters and you showed that today. The way you helped me today has been nothing but another way to witness the goodness of the one and only that we serve. So thank you for what you do and what you continue to do and I hope you be blessed ten times fold by the community that you serve. The service you provided today did not disappoint and I disagree with anyone that says otherwise.

If I could give zero stars I would these guys are in cahoots with Milpitas police dept to scam the poor out of their vehicles! The police want $400 to get a piece of paper then these guys charge $110 a day for your vehicle to sit (literally) on their lot. There's a special place for people like these guys and I hope it's hot when u get there DO NOT RECOMMEND CON ARTISTS!
